    It is Morocco. I will try what you suggested and see where this goes. I even tried to get a letter from my son's doctor with her recommendation to not separate him from his mother while we were there but she refused to give me one, stating that she can't give recommendation.

    I posted asking for guidance here, and I followed what I was told. I didn't know I could wave the visa to accompany his mother after she got her visa.

    There was no way to slow down the process, all what was left is the interview and he was born little over a month before it. During that month, I have called the embassy what it felt like a 100 times asking for consideration and pleading my case but I was always getting the same answer and the consulate wouldn't even pass me a US employee, it was always a local employee.

    She did receive her 10 years GC, but we'd like to have our son with us.

    We already waited the 2 years for his mother's application but he was born 2 months after her visa issuance so we couldn't add him to her application.

    We only came to the US a couple of months back so he was older than 2 months, and the processing time was going down relatively until it showed 3 weeks then in the last two days it went all the way up to 9 months. She has received her GC and work permit and found a job already.

    I have applied for my son's I-130 back in April 24 after he was born in Feb, me and his mother had to come to the US before my wife's visa expires. Since we left I lost my mother which was the person caring for him, and he's now staying with relatives. Is there a way to speed up the process for his application because on the website it's showing 9 months. he doesn't qualify for the crb, and tried to ask the local embassy to assist before we left but they couldn't.

    So there is nothing I can from my end for now? I just hangup with someone who basically refused to transfer me to a T2, she said that I need to provide a letter attached with evidence as to why I need to expedite my son's application. This is crazy, she didn't think that separating a two month's old baby from his mother is a enough reason.

    I'm on the phone with them as we speak. Also she's going to enter the US after our 2nd year anniversary(visa approved before 2nd anniversary), at the POE can the officer issue a 10 years card rather than 2 years? I've been through the ROC and it was painful hence I'm asking if we can avoid that.

    At the time of his birth, I only had 4 and some change being a USC. We were afraid that his application would take 18+ months like his mother so we didn't want to wait.

    The mother has received her visa in hand and the baby was born like a month and a half before her interview.

    I applied for my new born son's I-130 late March, and yesterday I received an email about an update for his application. Upon login I found that the estimate time is around 2 Months, is this accurate? Once I filed his application I tried to speak to an agent about an expedite request and was told that I need to upload an unsolicited evidence which I haven't done.

    This is baby is less than 2 months also, isn't that a reason to expedite?

    It really is. I already filed for his I130 but not sure what's this evidence that I need to submit? Do you have an idea?

    He was born last month and she just had her interview last week and was told that her visa approved and she should get the passport with the stamp within 2 weeks.

    She only got her visa approval last week and we're still waiting for the passport with the stamp. So according to the above as long as she never entered the US on her visa he's ok to go with her?

    The embassy in Casablanca refused the DCF and I've spoken directly to them twice.

    Both our parents are still alive but they're old so we're hoping to get the expedite request approved, other than that we don't have any other choice really.

    My wife's visa was approved. The embassy refused to accept the DCF, I just prepared his I-130 and I was told to submit evidence on the reason why I need the application to be expedited? I don't know if a month a half baby is a enough reason for USCIS to expedite a visa.. it's ridiculous.

    So my wife's visa has been approved (we're waiting for the visa stamp), we tried the DCF option to include our new born baby but the US consulate here in casa shut down the idea. Now we've prepared a new I-130 for our almost 2months old baby, I tried to expedite the application via live agent requested in Emma but the agent told me that I need to submit an unsolicited evidence for the reason to expedite. I don't know what to include as an evidence? Is a plea letter along with the birth certificate enough? both our parents are still alive but old and unable to care for a new infant. I don't know what this evidence should be? Any guidance is really appreciated. Also the baby doesn't qualify for the CRBA.
