    I am pretty sure that december 20th and January 12th is my case. I am worried it might affect my case especially with NVC. I will try calling USCIS maybe they can tell me what date it was sent to NVC if it has been. Hopefully i am able to get onto them.

    Apology first approval is DECEMBER 20th, 2022. That is absolutely correct. Idk how they messed up like this but they did. I got two NO2s.

    Guys, so on my case status I got approved on DECEMBER 20th, 2021. NO1 was October 12th, 2021. Received NO2 by December 27th or 28th. Now on January 12th, 2023 my case status changed. Now it says I got approved on January 12th, 2023 and yesterday I received another NO2. Im not only worried that my case was not sent to the NVC on my first approval because thats 2-3 weeks backed up already if they waited until my January approval to send it to NVC. This also shows how unorganized they have been with these case because how do you approve a case twice? That second time approving me could've been someone else that have not heard from them at all and have been waiting forever.

    Affidavit fee and DS 160 or 260 don’t remember which of the two it is.

    Same here, i got approved December 20th and didn’t hope to wait much longer for the whole nvc process. But as it appears everyone else is waiting 60-90 days for the welcome letter then another 30 days or more for interview date.

    Hood afternoon everyone. Notice date is October 12,2021. When I should expect to hear something hopefully approval? Tired of waiting. Also how do youll get all the data with charts and what cases have been approved/Denied/RFE?
