Really wierd... I have the exact same date in my account... but I am not able to submit e-request as it still poping up the message that 'case within normal process time'... I guess it's a glitch on their website, and I'm so "lucky" to have it on my case..
The date I put in my request was the date I paid for my greencard. Try that and see if it works.

Please tell what date of "Submitting" do you have on your uscis account / case page?
I mean this info in your account:
Submitted on Month 00, 2021Receipt # IOEXXXXXXXDecember 10, 2021

I used this link (outside normal processing time) - https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayONPTForm.do?sroPageType=onpt&entryPoint=init
and after that I have such message...
This is weird. I used the same link and was able to get through. My inquiry date was after 90 days of payment but less than 90 days (82 to be exact) of entry to the US. I sent the e-request on Feb 2, got an update on my account Feb 5 (GC for production) and then Feb 8, my GC was mailed. So now I'm just waiting for it to arrive in the mail.

Did you use the following link for e-request
Hi!! I just filed an e-request online to follow up for my gc. I used the 'outside normal processing time' option.
https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayONPTForm.do?sroPageType=onpt&entryPoint=init
Here is my timeline:
Paid Immigrant Fee: October 29, 2021
POE: LAX November 12, 2021
SS Card Arrived: November 22, 2021
Green Card: For Production Feb 5, 2022I only got movement on my online status a few days after I did an e-request. Hope that helps.
receive the green card after arrival, share your OS155A status

I used OS155A on the form number. I don't think it has a sub type.
Is it correct that you entered the US just on Jan 4? That might be too early to query your case then. These days it takes 90 days from your date of entry to be outside normal processing times.
