    @engr Arinze, any updates on your situation with I-90?

    Birth Certificate of the Child born during the marriage, insurance policy, credit cards statements, picture, affidavit etc.

    You said you sent I-90 due to USCIS error. What was your reason stated in I-90 when you filed I-90? Wrong admission category, name misspell, etc.?

    We sent our package on 10/21/23 and recived a txt msg today with IOE number. As far as utility bills, called Power Company, City Water and Natural gas company and they are saying that they cannot add two names on the account, they did it in the past but no more nowadays, only one name on the account.

    I am original owner of this post and want to give you guys an update: We filed I-90 back in March 2022 to replace GC due to incorrect status, should be IR-1 instead of CR-1. The application is still pending and no updates from USCIS. We are approaching 90 days window to file I-751 and I do not know what to do, since we have original I-90 pending. Please advise. Thanks so much.
