Did you all ever get your appointments? I've been checking twice a day everyday since end of July. From the thread looks like I will have to check around midnight everyday for a better chance at an appointment.

I'm in the same boat. I guess we have to wait until appointments open and schedule as soon as we can.

Below is the email that was sent to me. I took out the my info but I assume you should get something similar. Dear XXXX, The National Visa Center (NVC) received your fiancé (e)’s/spouse’s approved I-129F petition from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). NVC will now forward the petition to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in [country]. Please note that the transfer process can take several weeks. The U.S. Embassy or Consulate will contact your fiancé (e)/spouse when they are ready to process his or her petition. Next steps: Go to our website http://nvc.state.gov/k1 to learn how to apply for a K visa and prepare for the visa interview. We didn't use a lawyer so it was sent to me since I'm the petitioner.

Hey everyone, I just got a notification from NVC saying my petition was sent to the consulate. It was via email and contained the case #. I-129F Sent - January 4, 2022 I-129F Received - January 6, 2022 I-129F NOA1 - January 7,2022 I-129F NOA2 - March 10, 2023 NVC email - June 6, 2023 I am a few days before my 90 day mark so hopefully you all are also getting yours soon. Now to figure out the next steps.

I haven't received mine yet, but I think the next notification will be from NVC when they give the welcome packet and the next set of instructions for the visa.

I got my approval today!! I hope the rest of you get yours soon! The graphs and the updates really helped keep my mind at ease. I'll continue to keep updating as the process continues.
