    RECEIVED THE APPROVAL OF USCIS TODAY!! waiting for the NOA2 approval receipt by mail! Is there a guide for what's next in the NVC?

    Today marks my 13 months wait and the case is still under review, haven't received NOA2 yet since 3/15/2022. Reached out to the congressman 8 days ago and still no progress. Texas service center.

    Hi all We received the NOA1 in 15/3/2022 , Texas service center however it has been stagnant since then even though i see people getting approvals and they received NOA1 ahead of us and the processing timeline in VisaJourney says that cases of NOA1 of 27/3/2022 are now being processed How do i contact them or contact my Congressman? how can i submit an inquiry or do anything to check or expedite the process? thankyou!!

    Hi Not actually expediting just trying to follow the normal timeline or ealier, my American mother-in-law has parkinsons in a later stages and the treatment and physical therapy in Egypt here is very bad, she'll need to go to the states for better treatment but i'm the one who's going to take her from Egypt to the states so actually we're waiting for my green card, that's the case summarized. That's why i need a contact there to talk to over the phone or email to just clarify the case.

    Hello All, I've received the I130 NOA1 in 15 March 2022 (Texas SERVICE center), it passed it's processing time (11.5 Months). The point is my mother in law is really sick but she can't go to the states to continue her treatment untill i get my green card cause i'll be the one travelling with her, that's why i need to expedite the process! Is there any number that i can call or an email to send to to ask about the process and try to expedite it if i tell them my case and how sick my mother in law is (even provide evidence)? Thank you
