    Oh wow! Thats alot. We are already past 30 days now and the only reason im worried is because we’re traveling in April and im afraid we wont make it. doesnt your wife have her work permit? Good luck to you too

    I read on USCIS website that they redesigned how green cards look in January 2023. Im assuming this could be the delay. Im not sure 😕

    My husband’s case was approved on 02/19. Still no GC yet. The status is still on approved. Did you get yours yet?

    Our I 485 was approved 3 weeks ago and the status still says case approved. Ive been reading that most people get their GC in hand in about 1 week. Do I need to be worried? How long is it actually taking right now?

    Hey guys so after 3 weeks they finally received the rfe they asked for. The status however, still says rfe request sent but today I read in the lower part it says they received it. im shocked that they work on Saturdays. Has anyone experienced this before when the status doesnt change but it says they received it?

    I received an RFE a few weeks ago for I 693 form and we are filling 485. I have sent the document 2 weeks ago as of today but my online status still says RFE requested. How long does it usually take to update the status to received? Should I be worried that they lost it? USPS says it is delivered. Thank you

    Do you do this manually? we received an rfe 2 weeks ago and we sent the documents last week. So its been a week since usps says received but their status still says request for rfe sent. Do you know how soon can they update the status? Should i try to reach out to them?

    We just sent in our medical yesterday so no change. But I hear its taking up to 2 weeks for approval. Fingerscrossed.

    The reason I asked is because it says we have to send it to their office in LA and everyone is saying there is a huge backlog there so all cases are delayed. Was yours LA too?

    The only difference is that we had already submitted the I 693 along with I 485. So this means they either lost it or misplaced which is very unfortunate.

    How did you know that the flu shot was the only thing that was missing since the letter is not specifying anything? We got the same exact letter

    Same thing happened to us! We sent the sealed I 693 form and did everything they requested with the I 485 and still got an RFE for I 693. This is so ridiculous. Did you hear back from them yet?

    Can you explain what happened with you again? You received rfe and approval at the same time? we received an rfe on medical but we have already submitted it in October and now they want it again? It costs around $500 that we need to pay again. This is so ridiculous

    We just received an RFE regarding medical examination the I 693 form but we have already submitted it. Are they serious? Im getting very frustrated
