Oscar and I met in December 2005 in Quito, Ecuador.....One look into those eyes and I knew...the funny thing is he said the same thing about my blue eyes...they say the eyes are the windows to the soul....soon we both had to go back home....Oscar to Arequipa, Peru and Me back to Virginia...emails and 6 visits together later we are as of today Nov. 2 150 days into our application process...with no word...but our love is stronger everyday and soon...pronto...we will be together
