I am using my fiancée tax return transcript tho she's employed not self employed if that matter , as in for total income its 38k and way down the line AGI is 12.5k So i still should use the total income ?

My fiancée total income for 2022 as per the tax transcript is 38k $ under the line: total wages 38k form w2 wages : 38k but when looking at AGI per computer it goes down all the way to 12.5k ? which is below the requirment ? is that what uscis or the embassy looks for ? i am confused on the big gap between total income and wages 38k and AGI 12.5K

Hello ...i would really apperciate some help here , i met my fiancée 4 times so far , first time we took a trip together to turkey and the other 3 times she came to tunisia we are waiting for noa 2 since july 2022 my questions are 1-my passport just expired last month should i request to keep my old passport when i go and renew it so i can show the turkey entry stamp in my interview or in the ongoing relationship evidence ? 2-does my passport expiring in the middle of the wait for noa 2 will cause a rfe because i did submit my passport bio page alongside the turkey stamp page as a proof of meeting in the last 2 years 3- does me the benefiacry being unemployed causes problems at the interview stage ? am sorry if am asking to much its just we are gonna hear back soon about noa2 based on vj timeline data and am getting anxious everyday

If u check the recents timelines on Vj petioners with noa 1 in april and even small portion of may are recieving noa 2 as of now ...if they continue with the same proccesing pace august/september is indeed a reasonable expectation

II think what your talking about january 2024 is when you can call in and inquire if there is no updates on your petiton...i have the same noa 1 as you and i think late august / september is when we will hear back

My fiancé took an edible a week ago and she had some bad symptoms so she called 911 and an ambulance guy came in helped her and asked about her name etc and then left , no police came in or anything ..now she's freaking out that this will be reported to police and cause problems with our I129f petition which is in procces ...am kinda worried too State is Georgia if that matters , Thanks
