    Do not confuse the I129f petition submitted to the USCIS with the DS160 visa application which is submitted to the Consulate in Manila. You won't be at the Consulate stage for at least a year.

    Nope. All you are doing is having more taken from your paycheck. Stop worrying. If you don't have your taxes then you can provide your last paystub that shows your pay rate and YTD earnings.

    The W4 only is used to determine how much is being witheld from your paycheck. Period. It means nothing in regards to the filing status you choose for your 1040.

    It is typically at the local office and available to pickup within a day or two of when the visa is issued
