    Ultimately you are responsible for the accuracy of the submission as your signature is on the petition. You may have to jump through a few more hoops to satisfy the consulate because they will be more skeptical but in the end you should be ok.

    It is even cheaper to not pay for something that isn't needed.. Passport photos are included in the price of the passport and are taken at the DFA office during the passport appointment.

    You are not applying for a k1 visa. You are petitioning for your beneficiary on form i-129f. Once approved, your beneficiary will apply for the visa. Subtle but important difference to understand so that your questions are accurately answered. If you read carefully the instructions to the I 129f petition, there is no instruction to include proof of relationship evidence.

    Where is it written that the photo must match up? The submited photo will only be in the petition file. A passport is valid for 10 years and could have been issued years ago so it isn't even feasible to think they would all match up. Photos are supposed to have been taken within the previous 30 days when submitted. New photos will also be submitted to the consulate at the interview.

    We were just in Bohol two weeks ago. Nothing is required or checked when traveling domestically.

    Unfortunately you must pay what PSA quotes if you want them to handle the shipping. In order to use a different service the document will need to be retrieved by a family member and shipped separately
