    You control how quickly your file gets qualifed and approved. Much depends on how quickly you are able to gather and upload all the required documents before the case can be sent to the consulate

    We tried to get an appointment in Cebu and never could. We ended up flying to Puerto Princessa and applied there.

    Singapore will not be requesting a cenomar as that is a Manila only requirement. You always have the option to register and if you want to register then do it before you leave Singapore permanently

    Based on your reply you're naive about how the pre clearance facility actually works. Do you know when a passenger actually gets the preclearance?

    OMG his question is primarily in regards to going through a pre clearance facility. Your catastrophic events would be true on any itinerary that transits an airport anywhere in the world. Not everyone has the luxury of direct flights to the USA.
