  1. Based on your timeline, you have just submitted the I130 petition and are not yet at the visa application phase of the process. Correct ? Maes a big difference to properly describe where you are in the process and use proper terminology which helps get the advice you seek
  2. Let them tell you if additional document are needed. If more are needed it can be satisfied at the time of the interview
  3. Petition approval is generally not affected by beneficiarys country. Approval times fluctuate all the time, right now probably in the range of 12 to 15 months. You can go to the USCIS website and lookup what they are indicating However, visa interview and approval is significantly affected by location
  4. They might initially schedule on a single day of the week but when they need to open more slots beyond that they can be any day
  5. I have heard sometimes they do, sometimes they don't.
  6. NVC will not accept additional evidence. All NVC does is assigns the Consulate case number and forwards the petition file
  7. Manila rarely asks for an I134 and in the words of another VJ member, "Manila issues K1s like candy" kinda debunks any "high fraud" status.
  8. No. If you read the instructions carefully you you will see the word OR between evidence of income or assets
  9. Some people might think Nevada is part of a different country... In reality it is not.
  10. That's how you get them to reopen the file. Do not wait very long for a response that may not be forthcoming
  11. No. You would have had to not included much much more for them to reject
  12. First of all, since you don't have a case reference, their is nothing to be done today. I would wait for the RFE as the likely hood of getting something matched up to your file is not assured.
  13. What was your underlying reason for filling a petition for the K3 in the first place?
  14. So the LGU wants both? In my situation the CENOMAR was all they wanted from me and i didn't have to get the notarized affidavit.
  15. Many LGUs are now accepting (even expecting) a CENOMAR from PSA from the foreigner. Best to check what your LGU that will issue the license is willing to accept from you. If an affidavit is required I believe Manila is the only place. Cebu used to do it but I think it has now stopped
  16. The majority of Consulates require the applicant to schedule their own appointment
