  1. You hang on to it until they ask for it. Manila often times doesn't even want it
  2. The DNA testing RESULTS is a document to be attached and submitted
  3. The plastic is nothing more than a delivery envelope that is designed to be removed to gain access to the passport.
  4. NSO doesn't exist anymore. According to the PSA the following is what is needed Information to be provided for the issuance of Birth Certificate: 1 Complete name of the child (first, middle, last) 2 Complete name of the father 3 Complete maiden name of the mother 4 Date of birth (month, day, year) 5 Place of birth (city/municipality, province) 6 Whether or not registered late. (If registered late, please state the year when it was registered. 7 Complete name and address of the requesting party 8 Relationship to the child 9 Number of copies needed 10 Purpose of the certification
  5. The consulate will often identify in its interview instructions what documents they want to be provided as evidence of financial capacity
  6. You can always email but since you have already scheduled the interview and submitted the DS160, they will automatically extend.
  7. Go to the UK regional forum for specific questions regarding London
  8. No, notifying USCIS is not necessary as the evidence submitted is based on facts and circumstances as of the filing date. The name change occuring post petition filing should be handled at the time of the interview
  9. The domicile requirement is very different for the i134 for the k1 compared to the i864 for an IR visa
  10. Proof of domicile is an affidavit thing. Proof can include things such as your DL, voter registration, tax returns etc... Really not all that hard to prove.
  11. You simply use whatever ID is valid.
  12. Do you have any valid ID? Such as a Green card, state ID or driver's license?
  13. Yes, because VJ doesn't forecast visa approval timelines only petitions.
  14. Nothing to worry about. My age gap is bigger than that
  15. The I134 is used for many visa types. Its not a relevant question for a K1 so don't lose any sleep because it truly won't matter
  16. Do you intend to make a specific limited contribution or will it essentially be "unlimited"?
  17. Child of a K1 is a K2. No reason to wait until the child is born to submit the petition. The newborn can be added later. Processing times are not based on your home location as all I129F petitions start at the California Service center
  18. Have you received local instructions? At most consulates the process for a k1 is applicant directed. I would not be waiting around expecting to ge given an interview date.
