    You cannot file for visas for your fiance's family members, they file for visas for themselves. Nothing a USC can do to influence the decision including any sort of sponsorship.

    I submitted boarding passes for my inbound flight, passport entry stamp, two boarding passes from an internal domestic flight we took. That's about it. Just have to think what is available to you.

    She was told 7 to 10 business days as well. Must have been an unforseen snag of some sort. We will never know

    My now wife's visa took 6 weeks from the interview to get issued and returned to her

    Do not upload anything after you get DQ'd unless you want to reset your DQ date and then go to the back of the line.

    That is not an expiration date for the form. The USCIS goes by edition date (lower left corner). Current edition is December of 2021

    Generally speaking, self sponsorship is not widely considered as an option. It has been reported on occasion that it can be done in the UK but have never heard it as a possibility in Turkey

    If you think 7 month wait is long just wait until you petition for a fiance or spouse visa as wait times will be longer

    Also, not all airlines have interline agreements for automatic baggage transfer and if you have this situation you will need to collect your luggage (which is after border control) and recheck. This would cause someone to enter the country as well.

    Generally speaking, but the UK has different requirements even if staying airside for travelers from certain countries.

    Same as any other sponsor. Evidence of age, whether a USC or LPR and evidence of financial means
