  1. She cannot enter on a visit with the predetermined plan to adjust status
  2. Make sure that you assemble as complete a picture of one meeting within the past two years. Any meeting evidence outside the two year window will only be uneeded noise to the petition.
  3. I believe they have stopped allowing this post COVID.
  4. Speak for yourself, i am an accountant and provide immigration info on almost a daily basis.
  5. The petition instructions are clear that all evidence submitted shall be legible photocpies. If an original or certified copy is submitted the USCIS may not return this document. You are fortunate they returned it. What was the reason you sent the birth certificate? Was it for proof of citizenship? Did you submit anything else to prove citizenship such as a copy of your passport?
  6. The visa applicant's financial information is not reviewed when applying for a K1. The USC petitioner will need to prepare the I-134
  7. You are only required to provide evidence of ONE meeting within the previous two years. Proof of a relationship is not a petition requirement.
  8. Worried for no reason. Manila rarely asks for the i134 anyway. You need to be prepared but a better than average chance it won't even be needed. Find the Philippines regional forum and ask all your Manila questions there. There is a host of other topics as well that might be valuable to review.
  9. What K3 form are you referring to? For petition processing, collective mention is all you need. For actual application for the visa with the Consulate then separate applications are required
  10. If it is truly the birth certificate per the reciprocty schedule, then provide them a printout of the schedule as explanation
  11. Not sure if they have any connecing rooms but Bayview had plenty of availability if you are willing to take 2 rooms.
  12. Exam normally spans two days
  13. If you are on the immigrant side of ceac then you are in the wrong place
  14. Yes. SLEC and the Consulate are a 15 minute walk apart and a very doable walk So finding something in between would even be better.
  15. The immigrant fee (sometimes called the "greencard" fee of $220) is paid after receiving the visa. Instructions on paying this fee is included in the visa/passport package you get from the Consulate. You can pay this fee anytime but you will not receive the physical greencard from the USCIS after entry until the fee is paid
  16. DS 160 doesn't require an invoice number are you still trying to fill out the DS 260?
  17. One edit to #6. An IR1/CR1 (spouse) or K1 (fiancee) visa holder requires the GCP seminar NOT PDOS
  18. The DS 160 is "free" but there is a $265 MRV for the visa processing fee.
  19. She can only be cleared by SLEC.
