  1. I will say again. Any document written in English or Spanish does NOT need to be translated.
  2. Did you plan to change your name when you got married? If you did, then be aware that you are unable to get a new Philippines passport in that changed name.
  3. It needs to be translated by someone fluent in both languages and signs an attestation confirming. If you or someone you know qualifies then they can do it. However, nothing in Spanish requires a translation for an interview in Mexico
  4. Since same sex marriage is not recognized you can't register it even if you wanted.
  5. If the DS 3025 is not marked complete then you need to complete the vaccinations and get a civil surgeon to prepare an I693a that you will include with the i485. You prepare the applications to be able to stand alone. If mire than one application requires the same evidence then you will provide it multiple times.
  6. NOA1 might say it but the visa will be in the name on the passport
  7. Civil Surgeons are only in the states. OP wants to get this resolved before arriving so the best place in Philippines for this is SLEC and if they do the vaccines then no additional hoops or interaction with a civil surgeon required for AOS.
  8. Just let SLEC decide. Vaccinations are provided in the cost of the medical
  9. YouTube is not a good source of immigration information. No such thing as an RFE for the I134. Manila really only cares about your income. If your salary is sufficient then document that and don't worry about anything else. In the future just ask all Manila specific questions in the Philippines regional forum because answers can vary by consulate. PS. Manila may not even want to see the i134 at all when the interview happens.
  10. It varies by consulate. Try the Canadian regional forum for all questions about Montreal
  11. Depends on the how many interviews they do each month and the length of the queue in front of you. 2 to 3 months on average is not unusual but your consulate may not be average
  12. I find the CFO website incredibly helpful. Non spouse, non fiancee: 12 and under and over 60 are exempt. 13 to 19 take the Peer Counseling Program. 20 to 59 take PDOS. Registration information is available online
  13. A. No B. No C. I think it is a max of $10k per transaction but there might be other limitations based on the country of origin
  14. I don't think a 71 year old would be eligible to be added onto your plan. I think the dependant age limit is 25.
  15. How long have you been waiting for a reply? Many consulates can take several days to a week or more to respond
  16. There is no intermediate stamp. The I765 / I131 or the I485 (whichever happens first) need to be approved before she can travel or work
  17. What immigration benefits exactly are you trying to achieve? An RFE can come during the petition process. There is no such thing as an intermediate "stamp" before the petition is approved or a visa is issued. It appears you are incredibly confused
