  1. There were 249 IOE09182 approvals this week, at this rate it will take 55 weeks to finish. So frustrated...
  2. Haha thankfully not, I have a script to automate it. Might take them a while for it to percolate through the system, not sure how long exactly. You can try but I'll assume you'll get the classic "wait".
  3. Essentially I check https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do from IOE0918200000 to IOE0918299999 and inspect the response you get back. It is essentially what sites like https://hilites.today and https://www.casestatusext.com do but I wanted to play with the data myself, plus they are a lot slower to update (they cover a much wider range).
  4. That would be lovely, can't help but feel like one of those people who get lost in the system for months/years. Just being able to work would be huge, shouldn't be this difficult.
  5. Contacted USCIS this morning and got the expected "just wait longer" response, maybe I will get lucky with a random approval too. 🤞
  6. That's great news. I wonder if enquiring with Emma helped move it along, I might try that tomorrow. Either that or keep spamming them with faxes. 😁
  7. I've faxed 3 times and still no response yet, it has been over 7 days for me too (7 business days too). 😕
  8. USCIS are beyond incompetent, I'd file again as soon as you can maybe even citing "USCIS error". Got to throw ####### at the wall and see what sticks.
  9. The usual ####### then, might get a more favourable officer on the next request. It shouldn't be this luck based, awful system.
  10. Just had a chat with Emma about my I-485, they said my case is still at NBC but the interview has been waived on November 10th. They couldn't tell me if it has been transferred anywhere else so not sure what to make of it (probably nothing 😄).
  11. Oh wow congrats! As someone who also is a November 2022 Michigan filer, this fills me full of hope. However the utter randomness of USCIS dashes it away just as easily.
  12. They rejected it? I'd wait a week and file another especially if you're IOE09182 (they've moved off that group for the time being). I haven't had a response yet but fully expecting the denial.
  13. Just sent my expedite evidence, I am ready to be disappointed again. 😩
  14. I put my expedite in Friday morning, and got the email about 4pm today. Last time it took a month to get the email but that was over Christmas/New Years.
  15. Had an email requesting proof be faxed, a lot faster this time, can't wait to be rejected again...
  16. Poor end to the week, barely touched 182 on Friday and Saturday. If they had kept the momentum up they had previously, we would have been finished in 3 weeks but they are too busy fudging the numbers and making this purely luck based. 😠
  17. Same thing as me, although you might still get lucky over the next couple of days. I filed an expedite request this morning (getting harder to distinguish between an live agent and a bot), as expected the daily numbers are drying up and I am sick of watching the receipt number lottery.
  18. Still some time left in the day but the number of approvals are on a downwards trend, half the number today that we had Monday. I hope this isn't them moving on to other groups, otherwise need to get those expedite requests fired off again...
  19. They hit 700+ approvals again today in the 182 group which is good, they seem to be focusing mostly on the latter two numbers so hopefully they loop back around shortly.
  20. You'd hope that wasn't the case but who knows with these people, at least Michigan has one of the lowest average wait times for the GC, not that it helps me work though 😩
  21. They seem to be massaging the numbers somewhat, throughout the week they have been shifting through the 6th digit of receipts. Started off with a heavy focus on the earlier numbers now it is in the latter half, interesting to see if this cycles again next week. Had some good movement in my section, 500 approvals this week. They've approved a bunch near my receipt but seemed to have skipped me and a few others ✊.
  22. For anyone with a EAD receipt prefix of IOE09182, I am tracking daily approvals here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/13PxV095Ev8yIvsVKRq4Qv04yc1SaIKtw9u0Lk5jwMKY/edit#gid=0 I wanted to see where the movement was each day at a more granular level that you get with https://www.casestatusext.com/forms/I-765/IOE-LB. Seems like most movement is in the IOE091821* and IOE091822* buckets (I am IOE091824*) at the moment, with some outliers in the others (expedites perhaps?). I plan to update it a couple of times per day. I have no plans for doing this for any other prefix.
  23. Yeah that's how I am keeping track too, I'm getting good daily movement in the 182 bracket (we are over 1/3 approved) but I can't help but feel I'll be towards the end and it could stop any day. 😄 I do wonder if the big daily approvals are from non-marriage based AOS as everyone is lumped in together. Seems like playing the expedite lottery is the way to go.
  24. Weird, I assumed tax transcripts trumped tax returns, maybe that's different for a foreign employer? 🤔 Maybe they lost the originals
