Yes unfortunately that's what I will do, but so annoyed at this process, Ceac has not been updated since March 1st and they still have his passport

Dominican Republic, and the email was an attachment with the letter saying " Return of Petition to USCIS - Fraud. Based on information that outition approval was obtained by fraud. misrepresentation, or other unlawtul means, we are returning the petition to USCIS for review and possible revocation. If USCIs determines that the information presented is sufficient to revoke trie petition, you will be sent a notice of intent to revoke that includes a statement of the facts and evidence. You will have the oportunity to respond to USCIS" which is so upsetting because I have no clue what we did wrong, we both went to interview. I lost about that same amount of time on nothing. Now looking for a solution

my case still says refused, since March 1st. And received the email last Thursday. Yes that's the worst part the time lost I try to be positive but at times it gets the best of me.

I know, in the letter my fiancé gave them I explained why I didn't attend, and If I still was needed to please provide enough notice, they only gave us a 3 day notice. And honestly no I have no reason to believe we had red flags, I believed we supplied them with enough proof of our relationship

Hello me and my fiancé had an interview Jan 27th 2023. Great interview approved on the spot. On CEAC it changed immediately to "approved" on Feb 13th we called to ask about the visa. My fiancé received a email and a phone call requesting for me and him to go back on the 13th to finalize the interview. Due to the short noticed I was unable to go, I sent a letter explaining, he went to the interview by himself. They interviewed him for 15 min in a private room and informed him they will inform via email if they will grant him a visa or not. They did stay with his passport from the first interview. Yesterday on ceac it shows as non immigrant and refused. Any advice?? This process is really stressful

NOA2 from I-797 was 09/23/2022 and from website 09/26/2022

My state Congress reached out to Nvc last month and nvc stated they received Oct 31st. Hopefully I hear something soon, this wait is draining
