    Does anyone know the process to withdraw a i-130 petition of spouse of a US citizen. Our case is already DQ from NVC and is currently processing at Mumbai embassy. We have not received the Interview letter yet. How will i withdraw this case and who should i contact. Please help

    My case is at NVC, I’m getting documents ready. Only problem for passport change now is that i already submitted DS260 and with new passport the expire date will change but even if that is a minor issue the current wait for new passport appointment is 2 months here and then plus the time waiting for the passport will delay our case by 3 months. I’m wondering if i should just leave it now

    Hi guys since you all were NVC to Mumbai I have a question, my husband who I'm petitioning for has an Indian passport and does not have me listed as the spouse, the line for spouse is empty because his passport was made way before we got married, we went to get PCC today in India and they made a big deal about not having me listed as his spouse I'm wondering if mumbai consulate will also see this as a problem?

    hi guys I have a question since we are all just about at the NVC stage, what years will you be using for most recent tax years, since technically 2022 taxes aren't due until April 15 2023, will you use 2021, 2020, 2019 ? I heard sometimes they send RFE for doing that and suggest to file current taxes and resubmit papers, im just wondering what you guys put ?

    Okay thank you for clarifying, I am unemployed and using my dad who is self employed, since we live together, should my dad file I-846A and attach with my I-184 or have him be the joint sponsor and fill out two I-184 forms one from me and one from my dad? please help im a bit confused

    Thank you for clarifying, so for the gross pay period for the full year i could use that information from the 1099 I received this year 2022 even tho i haven’t filled the taxes yet for 2022?

    okay thank you, since my income is $0 since i'm a student and haven't filled taxes in the past 3 years either and basically have nothing, do I need to fill out the I-864 form as well? I saw a YouTube video where the girl said the petitioner has to also fill out a form along with the joint sponsor so total of tow I-864 forms get submitted, is that true?

    Hi for my spouse I-130 petition I will be using my dads as a joint sponsor and per his income he also has 5 dependents so I guess my husband will be the 6th, according to the US poverty by 125% the income has to be $46,487 according to the march 2022 guidelines, my dads income for most recent tax return was well over $46k, but the 2 previous years before that it was under $46k. since they require to send the last 3 tax transcripts, will this be an issue?

    Hi guys, for NVC stage I am trying to obtain a PCC from passport office In India for my I-130 spouse visa , what will be the Purpose for which PCC is required ? I added a screenshot of the options from the dropdown menu.

    Hii guys, as i mentioned before my PD jan 15 CSC, we were approved feb 10th and case got sent to NVC on feb 17th, how long should it take to receive the welcome letter? Has anyone else received it?

    Thank you everyone ❤️ on to the NVC stage, i haven’t received anything my status hasn’t changed to approve yet either. How long should we wait for the NVC welcome letter?
