    This is a stupid question but can someone explain to me why some people have IOE receipt nr.? IOE means = electronically, right? How is that possible? Did they change anything recently?

    that’s beyond frustrating. I’m sorry. I can kind of understand though, since it’s been almost 2 years. After that you’ll be approved i assume without interview phew so they’re working on august 2021? I filed February 2022. Jesus mine might take another 1 then

    Hello this thread is a little bit older but I thought I'll ask anyways... There is one thing I don't quite understand. The "Beibehaltungsgenehmigung" is valid for 2 years. In those two years I should receive best case US Citizenship. But I don't quite understand why it's 2 years? I thought once I get the "Beibehaltungsurkunde" I'm good to go and just keep my german citizenship anyways? I hope this makes sense what I'm asking

    But the mandamus can also do the quite opposite, no? USCIS can also deny a case even a mandamus is filed.

    Hello. I'm sure this is a very stupid question but how do you guys track your case status? I feel like i'm looking on the wrong pages. I have an online account where I had to add my I751 case myself. I always thought USCIS adds it on my online account? And the above screenshot from @OldUser how do you get that tracking? And congrats on your case!!!!

    hey, any updates? I filed I751 in 02/2022 and then N400 on 05/2023 (since 3 years of LPR). I also got an immadiate notice that my biometrics are added to my N400 so no need for a new appointment. Was just curious about your case.

    well. i filed for N400 on 05/09/2023.... because it was just taking so long. I should have probably just waited now im all anxious if my case is lost again or if they need more evidence
