I-751 ROC March 2022 Filings
cocoVA replied to SKAMMA's topic in Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion
congrats! On 07/11/2023 I received a notice that interview was scheduled for my N-400 as well. When is your interview in August? -
I'm sorry you are going through this. I understand how this can worry anybody. When the IO separates the couple it's called a "stokes" interview. In that case the IO might have some "red flags" about your bona fide marriage/case. How was your I-751 package? What documents did you include to proof your bona fide marriage? How did the interview with the IO end? The IO didn't say anything at all? What type of questions did the IO ask and which answers didn't match? Which Visa-Category are/were you and when did you came to the US? Do you mind sharing your timeline? Nevertheless, if your marriage is bona fide, you have nothing to worry about and hopefully all will be good at the end.

N-400 February 2023 Filers
cocoVA replied to R_3's topic in US Citizenship Case Filing and Progress Reports
I don't quite "rely" the given informations of the IO from the Live Chat. I believe they are Tier 1 officer's. Tier 2 Officer's are the ones who can actually "open" your file and give you detailed information. For instance: one day I was told by the live chat that my I-751 file is at my local field office; the next day I was told by the live chat my I-751 is still at NBC. So, at this point I'm just like "whatever". -

I just saw this. I'm so sorry. For some reason I don't get notified anymore since over 2 weeks when someone is responding/quoting to my post. Anyhow. The issue is still going on. I'm using both (Mozilla and Safari) and I did all the things you have mentioned Whenever I click on "Forums" the error comes up -

congratulations!!! that’s amazing. Do you mind sharing your timeline and which service center? -
@Boiler i can’t follow - I’m sorry. Can you elaborate? You should net fly them in? Who is flying? (genuine question) @MyNameIsEarl I‘m sorry all of this happened to your friend. I can’t imagine the stress he must going through. Never the less. When people get nervous, oftentimes they just forgot. It’s human. We are no machines. I do believe in honesty. As Long as your friend and his USC-Wife are honest and got married in good faith and they have evidence together. He has nothing to fear. But yes, I had no idea either, but a stokes interview is usually not a good sign. Does your friend have strong evidence of their bona fide marriage or absolutely nothing? Do you know?

When I applied for N400 in May 2023 (online application), I also uploaded a cover letter informing about my pending I751 and requesting a combo interview. On 06/14 I got worried and then with my health now, I send a withdrawal request with priority mail and tracking to the address on my N400 NOA together with a copy of it. It was delivered on 06/15 and now I got a Interview notice from 07/11/2023. So Yeah. Idk. I will of course go with my husband and talk to the IO. Maybe I can revoke/cancel my withdrawal? Idk. They prob. haven’t seen my request.

N400 based on three years- looking for feedback!
cocoVA replied to Rocio0010's topic in US Citizenship General Discussion
congratulations on your update. how are you able to find a ceremony schedule? I always thought that the Oath Ceremony is not on the same day of the interview but who am I to talk. -
I have gotten an update only on my N400 today which I filed in 05/2023. I did send in an expedite request for my I751 on 06/12 but then withdrew my N400 on 06/14. My update from USCIS for N400 is as following: July 11, 2023 Interview Was Scheduled On July 11, 2023, we scheduled an interview for your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization, Receipt Number. We will mail you an interview notice. Please follow any instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN??? DIDN'T THEY SEE THAT I WITHDREW MY N400??? WHAT DO I DO??? STILL GO TO THE INTERVIEW??? THEY WILL 100% DENY MY CASE.
