I got DQ on April 21st and am waiting for interview date (Honduras).

I hope you hear soon!  Every country is different.  We all need to get past this once and for all.

Just want to update I just got DQ (4/21). Received the email a couple minutes before 12AM!
So happy!! Good luck to everyone else!

Just want to share the good news I got DQ'd on our first submission, 04/20. We received 2 emails, one for the change of status of the case and one for the DQ'd.
 
@AhmadHamouda DQ means documentarily qualified, it means NVC have reviewed and accepted all the documents you have provided. The next step is for them to sent the case to the US consulate and schedule interview.
The fee is $445 (AOS: $120 IV processing: $325)

I don't think you'll get an RFE. And definitely don't pay the lawyer; your wife can get it.

Hello, I've just posted on the February thread, since we submitted on the 24th but wanted to post in here since we were DQ'd on March 10th - which is 10 working days! Thought people might find it encouraging. Hopefully it continues the general tred of speeding up. Now just awaiting my IL from London.

Yes it'll be helpful to keep each other updated!  Your approval date is the 8th but what is the date that your case was transferred to NVC - the same date?  If it's the 8th, you should be getting your letter next week.  I did submit everything to NVC for my stepson yesterday.  I didn't think it was that bad - I'm glad I didn't hire an attorney for this round because it was easy enough to do by myself.  Well, I shouldn't say that until I actually get DQ'd but I didn't think it was rocket science or anything.  NVC's technology is very old but other than that, it's pretty straightforward.

I really appreciate everyone's effort to update the group on your journey. It brings me great joy to hear about all the approvals.

It will take 1-3 days for your status to change “CASE WAS SENT TO THE DEPARTMENT OF STATE” then 1-3 days to get your email from NVC. 
 
When you log in, pay the fees right away. It will wake 2-5 days for the payment to process. Then, you can submit documents.

Hi everyone! I just received the greatest news ever.
My application has finally been approved!
After more than a long year of waiting and stressing I can say it is a big relief. On to the next steps.
 
K3 was never updated
I-130 Case status date had changed to todays date
Went into documents tab and approval notice was in there!
 
To everyone still waiting, hang in there you will hear something soon.

379 for me....exactly 12 months + 2 weeks.  Even though I was approved yesterday, my official approval date was today (they forward dated it ??).  I'm also curious to see what will be @davidtech's approval date.  

It beats the alternative.
 
Mine was 377 days after PD.  I think @Ramirez65 also came in at 377 or 378 days after PD.  I am curious what yours will be, @davidtech.
 

Thank you!!  It took us exactly 12-1/2 months to get approved.  I've been seeing that timeframe in most of the processing centers so yours should be coming up very soon!  Good luck - I hope you get news soon - it's an incredible sense of relief - I feel like I can breathe now LOL.

The estimated approval is not accurate at all, seems to be the same information they would provide if you track it by case number.
Best is to be patient and hope that approval times get better. I am about to hit a year at the end of this month and still waiting.

Hi everyone!!! I have good news! We were approved yesterday. Details below:

Approval: Feb 22, 2023
Approval came from NBC!

We filed K3 but I know it didn’t help at all. We filed the K3 in May 25, 2022 and haven't had any updates on it at all.

We received our approval a few days ago, and the "later" additional evidence did not seem to have any effect on the AR2/NOA2 date, based on the abundance of other approval reports beginning to be posted here.  HTH, and good luck.
