Hi everyone,
When my wife and I entered the U.S., she was granted a two-year green card because we hadn’t been married for two years yet.
Her green card will expire three months before October this year, which is when we plan to file for the removal of the conditions and apply for her 10-year permanent residence.
We’re planning a trip to Honduras soon, and I just want to make sure we have all the necessary documents for her to re-enter the U.S. Based on what I've read, she should be able to travel with her two-year green card.
We'll be taking her green card and Honduran passport, but I was wondering if there are any other documents we should bring to ensure a smooth reentry to the U.S.? We will be staying there about two weeks.
Makes me a bit nervous, so I want to make sure of everything we need! We are planning to travel in May.
Thanks for any advice!
