  1. Interesting you needed TB again. I thought that was a once in a lifetime thing? If I recall as a child, TB was the big needle and that's why we have the scars? Did you tell the NHS you needed them for immigration purposes when you booked? Or just said you wanted them?
  2. I have the TB - I have the scar. It's just not on my records. Hoping they accept that as proof! lol Thanks, I will contact them about getting the others 🙂
  3. Which ones did you manage to get? I see I should be able to get MMR at least on NHS?
  4. We're not expecting to recieve IL for another month now as we seem to have missed the cut off. I'm in mid south wales so wanted to try and time it with a trip to Heathrow either before I fly out to visit my husband next month, or when I pick him up when he visits in August. I seem to be missing alot of vaccine records so I'm going to need quite a few so perhaps the day before I fly out is not a good idea and given they have alot of availability, I'll try to wait and book it when I have the IL and time it with heading to Heathrow to pick him up in August. I have a job offer from my current employer in the US (we didn't move to a transfer visa since it would be no faster than this process) so will be heading out to the US pretty quickly after I have my passport back (assuming of course all is well.)
  5. Thanks for that info. Did you just call Visa medicals and ask if you could book your medical whilst awaiting interview date?
  6. DQ'd 15th June but think we missed the cut off for August interviews. Hoping to hear end of July for Sept interview 🤞 How early can I get the patient summary? Does it need to be dated after IL letter recieved? Thanks
  7. Your post says you are prepping for your husband's immigrant visa, and your tag show UK, so it appears your husband is from the UK? If so, my decree absolute from my divorce shows the date of the marriage. My divorce was done in the UK. Where did he get divorced?
  8. Thanks. Good to know it didn't affect you recieving IL. I was surprised to get DQ'd so fast after submitting the extra doc so hoping that wasn't an error too. 😅
  9. We didn't need to resubmit, nothing was rejected or listed as missing or originally. It was an additional document they asked for?
  10. @ZRomper DQ's yesterday after RFI. Side note: we received DQ email and message, but 3 documents previously accepted are showing as missing. I'm hoping this is a glitch!
  11. @ZRomperRFE for us today. Uploaded and submitted again same day.
  12. Please ignore this. Panic mode set in.
  13. Just received a case FE note for petitioner's divorce decree (Should have realised that was needed to be fair). But all documents say accepted, nothing shows as missing. Do we still upload it or is it one to take to interview?
  14. I think there are pro's and cons to be honest. I would have hated to have been stuck in the US without work permit and (more importantly for me) not having the ability to travel back to see my family while awaiting advanced parole. Yes, I hate having to be away from my husband, we are fortunate enough to be able to visit roughly every 2 months. If I couldn't do that I would probably find it even harder. USCIS are prioritising all applications, either consular or AOS for spouses of citizens, not LPR's, since there are no visa's available for LPR's at present. It makes sense and should speed up USC petition approvals. I feel like we're starting to see that based on what I see on facebook. Praying you all see some approvals soon. NVC stage seems much faster at the moment than it was at the start of this process, so if that remains, then there is a part compensation for the extended time.
  15. Hi, can you add me please. Documents submitted on 5/31
  16. It's a good point. Can he still upload them? I know that will reset the clock but better to do it?
  17. For the AOS, we submitted 2020 W2 and tax transcript, 2021 W2 and tax transcript and 2022 W2 and tax return (transcript not available yet as not yet accepted by IRS). My husband makes more than enough and his employer had not changed. It didn't ask for pay stubs and I'm questioning if we should upload these? If so, can we still do it when everything else is submitted?
  18. You wouldn't need to move to the UK? Just travel in for the medical and the interview? Currently I think it's less than 3 months from DQ to interview at London
  19. Have you tried sending the K3? Never know, it may help. My K3 has now been denied, I feel it did help us with hindsight. Either way, I figure it's another lottery ticket for the visa...
  20. Thanks. I don't even know why I asked. It gets to a point you question everything 😂 Even worse... I just pulled it out and it's in English already so no translation needed. But thank you for taking the time to respond.
  21. I need to upload my prior marriage certificate at NVC stage for proof of name change. I am a UK citizen and my prior marriage was in Greece (legally recognised in the UK.) Do I need to translate the prior marriage certificate into English?
  22. Ours says CR1 also. Have your fees successfully processed yet? We had a rejection on the IV fee but repaid that (It didn't come out of the account). Waiting for the forms to open up.
