  1. I don’t know if this helps, if you’re still waiting for approval and you’re July, 2022 filer, I just want to let you know that you’re not alone.
  2. This is the reason for the denial, I have 21 years age different from my wife and was approved on the spot. I think when the CO asked me when did I see my wife and I answered last 2 months and how many times we have seen and I said 4 times. I guess that was the end of the interview and he approved me. There is no way couple who are dating(fiancé) can see each other during covid and married couple can’t visit each other. I hope everything is resolved now.
  3. USCIS receive more than 15,000 cases every week. If your Prefix is IOE098, then your case is far out on the end of July, perhaps one of the days in the last week of July. And that’s doesn’t make my assertions wrong coz I’m tracking cases. USCIS approves more than 2,000 I-130 cases a day and they touch cases randomly too. But right now, most of the cases being approved at the moment are IOE09167-68, 69. Check your receipt No. I think you meant to say IOE0918 and not 098.
  4. They’re approving cases mostly with prefixes IOE09167 and IOE09168. Definitely by next month, they’ll move to IOE09169 and dusting off rest of cases with prefix IOE09168. These prefixes are all June-July 2022 cases.
  5. Your age difference got nothing to do with the denial. They denied you for lack of spending time with your fiancé. How can you marry someone you haven’t met. I’m a Nigerian male and my wife(US citizen) is 21 years older than me. I was approved immediately I mentioned 5 visits. My interview didn’t last upto a minute. Visit more, spend more time with your partner and you won’t have nothing to worry.
