Tdap is on dose of a shot and good for 10 years why the hell they scheduled me for next month and still it does not show complete in my immunization record. Doctor goes by this and says they can’t mark complete. I just got another one today

Guys can someone please help. I got results for my medical exam and I brought to copies to my lawyer. She was checking and told me that those boxes needed to be filled. Hep b hep and ipv doctor did not make any selection. I took it back and nurses were super mean and they kept blaming my lawyer and insisted that there was nothing to do since I already got one doze and it was good to go and doctor already signed. Since I told them to put something they did select insufficient time interval and made doctor sign again. I’m super concerned and I went back to Walgreens got another tetanus shot and hepatitis b even though I already got one tetanus shot and first dose of hep b2022 and still they didn’t mark completed. The pharmacist told me he can do second dose hep b and an and it should be complete( after 4 years???) what do you recommend? I told my lawyer to not send it yet. I’m thinking to go back to doctor and show the new vaccines that I got and maybe he will put complete? Thank you !:(

@Sandra G. hi guys!!!! After 4 years there is an update for my i485, my lawyer went interview alone and asked them to hold it 2020 and 2 months ago my i360 was approved. Since yesterday when I was looking i485 it was saying “ interview scheduled for Oct 10 2020” and today it says request for initial evidence!! What it could be thank you!!!!

How long does it take them to transfer my i360 to local office? I am seeing some people waiting for couple years. I’ve been waiting for 4 I don’t want to wait years for them to put my cases together. That’s why I was asking if I should inquire about it. But I guess @Sandra G. you recommend just to wait

Vawa got approved feb 2024, there is no info if they have transferred my case to local field, my lawyer asked officer to hold my i485 3.5 years ago. Should I try to reach them and get info about my previous i485 or just wait without doing anything. Please help! Thank you

Feb 2022 i360 was showing “approved” today I got another notification “new card is being produced” Is this for ead? I’ve already got renewed ead which is good for 5 years

Guys quick question vawa just approved last month. I485 hopefully they are still holding based on marriage back to Oct 2020 in Tampa office. When I talk w my lawyer, she says that it takes 6 months USCIS to do some internal work. Do you think it would help if I tell my lawyer to send email or call tampa field office and tell them that we got i360 approval fyi, would it help at all or I just have to wait at that point? thank you

Yes! I renew my work permit and when I look online it says interview has scheduled Oct 2020

Is there any way to know if they actually hold my i485 from 2020? 9 years not seeing my family. I still can’t believe I’m getting closer . I hope I will not have to wait years after i360 approval

Hi guys!!!!! I applied i360 dec10 2020!!!! I had a pending green card interview on Oct 2020. We were getting divorce and and my lawyer was filing i360, she went to interview by herself and told officer to hold my i485 since we were applying i360. As my lawyer states they told her that they would hold my i485. Finally!!!!!!!! 2 days ago my i360 was approved!!!! What should I expect next! Please share your experiences.

Also can’t understand their “earliest inquiry date” i360 “80% of the cases completed within 37 months” my case has been pending for 37 months now and when I put my earliest inquiry date it states that August 19,2024. 8 months later…

It’s always good to share sir. I live in Florida, I’m very successful at my job, I have a fiancé from Florida, but we can’t start our lifes and get marry. Why!?? Cuz I don’t have a greencard and my i360 is still pending and we can’t have our dream wedding in my country w our families. Not able to see my brother for 8 years? Just can’t understand why???? But again, we trust the lord and all I can do keep praying, staying strong and keep working… I hope we all will hear good news soon but Im gonna be honest. I don’t think that our cases are moving at all

Unfortunately when I filed i360, processing time was 21months and now it’s 37months. That’s crazy. It’s been 3 years and still nothing my case.People who crossed the border got their gc before me. It’s been 8 years for me and I’ve been paying taxes , I went school and I’m part of that society. its just so hard to understand what did we do wrong when we were trying to do everything RIGHT
