    Hi they schedule my interview and my lawyer received the notice already 20 days ago. Today there is an update on my case “initial review” and post office couldn’t deliver..: what’s that?!?? Plz help

    Sandra plz help! Vawa approved Feb 2024 medical requested April 2024 and was received may 2024. Sep 26th. They updated case is ready to schedule for interview. How long do you think? It’s Tampa field office. Please share some feedback

    Hi demise, do You think there is a chance for approval? “ case is ready to schedule an interview “ that’s what USCIS website says, that means i will have to wait months to do interview?

    l hope it’s over… I hope I will get the letter soon.. they might approve? Cuz when I look at the case status it says case is ready to schedule Interview.

    Please help vawa approved Feb 2020, they hold my i485 from 2020 and they sent me medical rfe April 2024 and received may 2024. Yesterday I got 2 emails, first one said” decision: interview canceled and they mailed the info and 30 min later I got another email saying that “ my case is ready to schedule an interview. Did anyone have that experience! Please help

    Vawa approved feb 2024 medical received may 15th. 113 days and still nothing after medical. Plz help :((

    I did. All they say it’s waiting to be processed and please contact 90 days later after that inquiry

    @Sandra G. please help!!:( vawa approved feb 2024, rfe for medical received (pending i485 from 2020 w ex) April and responded. May 15th they received my medical and case is transferred from nbc to Tampa local field. Since then nothing:(( I’ve been waiting since 2020. Tried to do info pass and congressional inquiry and nothing. They kept saying it’s waiting to be processed by officer at the field office.

    Can someone please give accurate info about Covid vaccine requirements? I have 2 doses Moderna from 2021 and just sent my medical may 2024, doctor signed everything and stated that I met vaccinations requirements but from Reddit people keep saying you need new Covid shot as of April 2024. The lates Covid shots you can use is from October 2023. Is it true? Now my case will be denied cuz of the freaking doctor?

    My Moderna 2 doses were from 2021. It’s not expired or too old right? When was your shots? Also did the congress inquiry 3 weeks ago and they answered right away saying that now it’s in field office and in the queue.

    After my vawa approval they’ve asked medical rfe for my pending i485 from 2020, they received it and it’s been 60 days still nothing…. Any suggestions? ( I had 2 covid shots from Moderna and doc said it’s all good but people keep saying I needed a booster) what the hell if doctor doesn’t know what to do what can I do

    You are so positive I wish:(. My congress person reached them out and they said don’t contact at least 90 days after their response . Interview or waive I’m so freaking sick!

    They were holding my i485 since 2020 oct and I filed vawa dec 2020. Vawa approved feb 2024 and they request medical for i485 april 2024. Responded may 13 and they got it may 15. When I did congress inquiry they stated that my i485 currently at my local office even though rfe came from nbc so I assume they transferred to field office and nothing yet…. Any idea people

    Hi guys i485 was on hold since dec 2020 and i360 was approved 3 months ago. Month ago I received medical rfe for my pending i485 from nbc. I responded may 13, got an update on may 15th that they received and they are working on my case. Any similar experience? Is there going to be an interview or approval or any idea about time frame? Some people say if it’s nbc there would be a long wait. Please share your experiences
