    Hi they schedule my interview and my lawyer received the notice already 20 days ago. Today there is an update on my case “initial review” and post office couldn’t deliver..: what’s that?!?? Plz help

    They scheduled my interview nov 19!! Any helpful tips I would appreciate. Should I bring anything w me to the interview?

    Sandra plz help! Vawa approved Feb 2024 medical requested April 2024 and was received may 2024. Sep 26th. They updated case is ready to schedule for interview. How long do you think? It’s Tampa field office. Please share some feedback

    Hi demise, do You think there is a chance for approval? “ case is ready to schedule an interview “ that’s what USCIS website says, that means i will have to wait months to do interview?

    l hope it’s over… I hope I will get the letter soon.. they might approve? Cuz when I look at the case status it says case is ready to schedule Interview.

    Please help vawa approved Feb 2020, they hold my i485 from 2020 and they sent me medical rfe April 2024 and received may 2024. Yesterday I got 2 emails, first one said” decision: interview canceled and they mailed the info and 30 min later I got another email saying that “ my case is ready to schedule an interview. Did anyone have that experience! Please help

    Vawa approved feb 2024 medical received may 15th. 113 days and still nothing after medical. Plz help :((

    I did. All they say it’s waiting to be processed and please contact 90 days later after that inquiry

    @Sandra G. please help!!:( vawa approved feb 2024, rfe for medical received (pending i485 from 2020 w ex) April and responded. May 15th they received my medical and case is transferred from nbc to Tampa local field. Since then nothing:(( I’ve been waiting since 2020. Tried to do info pass and congressional inquiry and nothing. They kept saying it’s waiting to be processed by officer at the field office.

    CDC says 2023-2024 formula is recommended for the ones who got 2 doses previously….

    Hi also it’s been 61 days since they received my medical still nothing. Do you recommend info pass or outside normal processing time erequest!? Thank you!
