  1. Hello, Thank you for the clarification. The physical letter that was initially sent was misplaced by the petitioner, but we did not pay much attention to it at the time because we had a digital copy of the same letter in the email. Unfortunately, we have also lost access to that email account, so we no longer have either version. If there is any way to recover the case number or track the petition without the physical letter, I would greatly appreciate your guidance on how to proceed. The petitioner has called USCIS several times, and we have been advised to speak to a 2nd-level officer to resolve this issue. However, it has been very challenging to communicate with these officers since they do not return calls outside of the United States. I would also like to confirm if there is any other method that is faster (email, online portal, etc.) through which the petitioner can obtain this information to continue with the process. Additionally, we researched and found that by creating a new USCIS account and adding the case number for the permanent residency petition, it is possible to access the information without additional security codes, unlike with work visas, where additional passwords are required. Do you know if this method is valid for our case or if there is any other procedure we should follow? I appreciate any additional guidance you can provide. Looking forward to your response. Best regards.
  2. Good evening, friends. I’m feeling a bit frustrated because I haven’t been able to make progress on my permanent residency process. I’m married to a U.S. citizen, and we have two children; one of them already has American citizenship. The issue is that I created my USCIS account with an email that I never verified on Google, so I couldn’t recover access, and all important emails were being sent there. We’ve already tried contacting USCIS, but it’s been difficult to get a response since we are in Mexico. I found the best solution: to add my case to a new USCIS account with a different email, but to do so, I need my case number. With this simple number, I can access all the information and track the status of my application. Does anyone know the fastest way to obtain my case number?
