Will it be removed after 2 years of holding a GC or just as soon as marriage will become longer than 2years you can re apply for no conditions?
It'll be removed after 2 years of holding a conditional GC.
You can also get 10 year GC if it's been more than 2 years of marriage at POE (even if visa says CR1), so if you're close to 2 years I would recommend timing your US entry date to after your 2 year anniversary

Finally got approved and onto the NVC stage!
PD Oct 10, 2021
Approval Nov 2, 2022
transferred from Nebraska to California SC
I saw that my case went to 2nd AR yesterday and our approval was in the documents tab:)
I was a bit worried that submitting unsolicited evidence a couple months after PD might push back my approval, but very relieved since it doesn't look like that's the case!

HI same happened to me. Any update about your case?
Nope:/ Still the same status since last October

Hi all
Just wanted to share a bit of information related to the change in processing times.
The processing time for I-130 is calculated using the cycle time methodology so it doesn't necessarily reflect how much time it actually takes to get NOA2. The method is explained here.
https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/more-info
I'm assuming the change is just due to a change in how they distributed cases to each center last month. Or they transferred a bunch of cases.
Mine's at California so still keeping fingers crossed though!

So, a dumb question. When I go to check the status of our case, I use that button on the USCIS page and enter the receipt number. I always get told my case was received and a receipt was issued, nothing else. Given its January 2022 and people submitting after we did are being actively reviewed, and we apparently are not. What am I missing? Thanks.
From the info I see on forums, being actively reviewed right after the receipt doesn't really mean much, so I wouldn't worry too much about it. I've seen lots of ppl wait 5-6 months for the next update even after being actively reviewed

Hi all!
We applied online in the beginning of October, changed to actively review late Oct and nothing since.
Chatted with a live agent last week and turns out our case is being processed at California. Hope our timeline is better than the estimate:/
Good luck to everyone!

Yes, but if it says N/A for the documents, I dont think you are in line to get reviewed.
Maybe you should show us a screenshot of your NVC page so we can understand your situation better.
Make sure to erase your personal info.
By the way, K1 visas submit police certificate after getting interview date.
CR1/IR1 visas have to submit police certificate before you get interview date.
