    Yes, but if it says N/A for the documents, I dont think you are in line to get reviewed. Maybe you should show us a screenshot of your NVC page so we can understand your situation better. Make sure to erase your personal info. By the way, K1 visas submit police certificate after getting interview date. CR1/IR1 visas have to submit police certificate before you get interview date.

    It'll be removed after 2 years of holding a conditional GC. You can also get 10 year GC if it's been more than 2 years of marriage at POE (even if visa says CR1), so if you're close to 2 years I would recommend timing your US entry date to after your 2 year anniversary

    Finally got approved and onto the NVC stage! PD Oct 10, 2021 Approval Nov 2, 2022 transferred from Nebraska to California SC I saw that my case went to 2nd AR yesterday and our approval was in the documents tab:) I was a bit worried that submitting unsolicited evidence a couple months after PD might push back my approval, but very relieved since it doesn't look like that's the case!
