    I contacted both, my representative and my congressman, but my representative was the one that answered, his office, but I'm grateful they did. Is crazy how long we have to wait in each step of the way. Good luck, I honestly hope you get your approval soon

    Did you write to your Representative??? I did and he contacted Uscis inquiring about my case, the answer was that I needed to wait, but 3 weeks after that my case was approved. My submission date was 03/06/22

    I got DQ today. The date of submission is December 27.

    Did you contact your representative ? Sometimes they will ask uscis. For me it worked, a month after contacting my representative my case was approved.

    Yes, someone answered and I explained that the Ceac website has a glitch and we are unable to upload financial evidence, and that I've sent several inquires and that I was calling to ask them to report it. She told me she will, I hope she does, that's why I'm asking here and on lawfully to call them to report

    I just called the department of States to report that, I've sent 4 inquiries about it and they don't answer what I've asked!!! 202-647-4000 Department of State Please call them

    I sent one yesterday and they sent me an answer today, nothing about what I asked, they sent the steps to add a sponsor. It's the third inquiry I sent and they don't answer what I'm asking, I'm getting very anxious

    I added a joint sponsor on Friday, and still nothing!! I can't enter or add any financial documents.

    Hey one question!! I’m trying to upload my husbands civil documents (I’m the petitioner) and it’s not allow me to submit documents it’s says I’m missing one requieres documentos, but I upload everything the asked petitioner divorce decree beneficiary: birth certificate, police documents, marriage certificate, passport biographic page and photo, please help what am I missing?????

    I'm my line says N/A next to my sponsor's name and when I click documents it takes me directly to the Civil documents part.

    Same here, I submitted my co sponsor in Friday and still says N/A I don't have idea of how long this will take. Please keep me posted, I'll do the same

    I’m uploading all the required documentation, I'm still missing one civil document that will be ready tomorrow, but I tried to go to the affidavit of support part and it's not working, anytime that y press the incomplete button of the affidavit part to upload it the system takes me to the civil documents. does anyone knows why is this happening? is this a glitch or something? I added a joint sponsor and its the same, it's not letting me upload any documents, it keeps sending me to the part of the civil document. Do I need to complete one part to be able to access the other one?

    Is his mom, the beneficiary, who is divorced, so we have to request the divorce decree? She doesn’t live in that country anymore, that’s why we are asking. thank you very much

    My brother in law is a Us citizen and it's petitioning his mom. Today we read on the nvc page that one of the possible documents it's a divorce decree, does this apply for this visa Ir5 or it’s just for IR1 and CR 1 Does anyone here has to upload the divorce decree. Thank you in advance
