Does anyone know what the cut off day is to make next weeks shipping round? Using the Julian calendar, it appears our case was created on August 8th. Thanks for any information!

Got our case number today through public inquiry. NOA 1 - May 11 2023 NVC inquiry saying received - July 5 2023 Case Number - August 8 2023 Using the Julian Calendar dates, it appears our case was just created today, August 8th. Very slow process to say the least. Here’s to hoping we get shipped next week! I think things are slowing down even more at the NVC, at least for inquiries. Earlier in the process I was hearing back in 3-4 days. Now a solid 7-8. It appears currently about 90 days NOA1 until Case number available. Good luck everyone!

Hello all! Got our NOA2 today. Below is our timeline in case anyone else gets an RFE so you can compare. NOA1 - Feb 28 2022 RFE - April 10 2023 RFER - April 20 2023 NOA2 - May 12 2023 Our RFE was for bona fide intent to marry evidence and was over 150 pages thick. I was very surprised and happy at the speed in which they worked through ours considering how large it was. Not sure if that was luck or just the normal speed. We are heading over to the NVC May 2023 group now but just wanted to shout out to Bh_sarah and everyone else for the detailed recording daily and support. Those charts were my LIFELINE the past 2 months. I wish everyone still waiting the best of luck and I know I will be seeing your names soon in the NVC group!
