    In each county where you were arrested, just ask the clerk for a certificate of deposition. That certificate will have details of your arrest, so there is no need to worry as much.

    There has to be a family member they can go to ( I would think ) and set up a travel date during spring break when the kids are out of school.. but!! it's easy for us to have opinions without knowing how a person a managing with kids and taking care of them

    I'm a June 2024 filer.. my wife's EAD card got processed in 2 months or so... we are waiting on AOS..and AP.. now..

    Go to your county clerk's office get a certificate of deposition.. and send that stamp copy.

    ( Breaking news ) my wife's new EAD card has been mailed out, and I also have the tracking number,also getting an update from USPS, on the movements of the card.

    Good Morning. On this subject, I can only speak for myself. I did all of my ( K1 & K2) visa applications myself. I also did my AOS myself. I had one RFE on the I129 form( I knew it was going to happen ) I think you will be fine if you research and learn to listen to a few of these good people here on this website. I save myself well over $5,000 in savings just doing it myself
