    Good Afternoon. I have a question for those who have received their advance parole document. My wife just received her advance parole document. At first, we did not make too much of it, but then we became aware of the fact, that just above my wife's picture on the document there was a different name other than my wife name. My question is anybody else document is like that ? and also I and my wife filed for her 10-year-old daughter ( my step daughter ) does he needs an document as well to travel @crazycat

    Good Morning. I just checked my account with USCIS, and I was checking the progress for my wife's I-485, and I have noticed that is no longer on her account. There was a 4 step diagram that used to be on there, and when I checked this morning it's no longer there, has anybody experienced this or even seen something like this @Crazy Cat @powerpuff

    I think he is making more harder than it needs to be, and that can stress out his fiancee, being that she is in school, and I'm sure paying her own bills at home. what I was trying to get across to him is that, no matter how he arrives, not only will they have to meet the requirements of USCIS, but also maintain a living. being that they will be just starting this process.. it can destroy the relationship if he doesn't be careful

    You are making things harder than they need to be. Listen to the advice above from these VJ veterans. If you and your GF/ Fiacee.. cannot meet the requirements. she needs to find a sponsor plain and simple, and work on that part. and if that part cannot get done.. your whole process needs rethinking. You must remember yall would still have to get enough money to pay for (airline tickets, and AOS fees. food & housing.. etc)

    just know you have more than a year of waiting... get all your affairs in order now. As of this month, there will be some holidays and in Dec, there will be some holidays as well Relax..

    Just use what ever you feel comfortable with, and ensure it's properly in order and an easy read.

    I had used binders with protective plastic sheet covers, but if I had to do it over again I would use this according file folder as well
