    Discretion of CBP. They are the judge and jury. One time( I visited my fiancee now wife.) and when I returned to the States and was entering customs.. they questioned my whereabouts. and I'm a U.S. citizen

    ( I just checked the USCIS website and it said this ) February 9, 2025 Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS As of February 9, 2025, we are actively reviewing your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number**********. Our records show nothing is outstanding at this time

    Gm.. your best and only shot is to get your (fiance, or a family member ) to apply for temporary protection status.They will have to do it here via US Embassy for Hati here in the states I been to Hati before ( nice country when I was there )

    No.. we did not. She was able to get her new passport. she has been here since May 2024, and we are waiting on her GC, she has her EAD card and Advance parole. she is adjusting well.

    I don't see any concern with your question. I will say.. I would be picking up the pace in contacting USCIS for daily updates Also if there is one, I don't think it would affect the visa It is already in the process because payments have been made for some visas, and I'm pretty sure USCIS, does to want to refund any money..lol

    Good Afternoon. I have a question for those who have received their advance parole document. My wife just received her advance parole document. At first, we did not make too much of it, but then we became aware of the fact, that just above my wife's picture on the document there was a different name other than my wife name. My question is anybody else document is like that ? and also I and my wife filed for her 10-year-old daughter ( my step daughter ) does he needs an document as well to travel @crazycat

    My wife's advance parole got approved... hopefully her green card will arrive also
