  1. Good Morning. On this subject, I can only speak for myself. I did all of my ( K1 & K2) visa applications myself. I also did my AOS myself. I had one RFE on the I129 form( I knew it was going to happen ) I think you will be fine if you research and learn to listen to a few of these good people here on this website. I save myself well over $5,000 in savings just doing it myself
  2. go to your county health dept.. you might get it don't for free or cheaper than your price

  4. Could you just go to the county clerk's office and ask for a marriage license, being that you have an original certificate?
  5. I dont know much on this issue.. but what I was thinking about is that, did you add your husband when you were filing your taxes? again I'm not an expert.. but that is the best I can think of for now

On the EAD approval letter, it says( if there is some correction that needs to be made, please send the card back with documentation of the problem) I'm saying this now because I just got an email from USCIS.   7. Yeah.. mine took only 2 weeks... it was fast... I think in some cases if USCIS,sees some kind fraud.. then RFEs.. can take longer
  8. Any Updates.. I'm still waiting for USCIS.. to reissue my wife EAD card with the correct spelling of her name

  10. Go to your county clerk's office and get a certificate of deposition, the cost is around 20 dollars, which will explain your case to USCIS, and more importantly, always tell the truth to USCIS.

  13. The name on the approval letter is spelled wrong... I'm hoping things can get fixed quickly... but then again.. you dealing with USCIS
  14. I contacted USCIS about 30 minutes ago, and there were no updates
  15. well what happened when we caught the error, we called USCIS, and informed them of the problem, and they asked for it to be returned in which we did. it's been a few weeks now and we have not heard anything from them, even when trying to contact some from USCIS ( you already they don't have much information). I was wondering has anyone experienced this issue as well.
  16. Good morning, Has anyone had any experience with their EAD card the last name on the card is spelled wrong. I sent back the card with a letter and other information informing them of the problem, and I'm still waiting for the replacement. if anyone has had this problem, how long did it take to get your replacement card? Thank you
  17. when I filed for my wife's K1 visa back in 2021... I sent 3 years of tax transcripts to USCIS... I also sent her 3 years of tax transcripts, copies of course, when she attended her interview. I'm not even sure if they asked for it.
