  1. New York City’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) office is “fully booked through October 2032” for appointments to process migrants released at the southern border, according to an official document exclusively reviewed by The Post — making the Big Apple the ideal destination for migrants with dubious asylum claims and causing a massive headache for those with valid ones. The backlog means migrants may have to wait almost a decade just to enter the immigration court process — which is beset by further delays stretching out years, sources said. 2. @Crazycat. How many time i tell folks to listen to the VJ Veterans.. some people make things hard for themselves. There one thing that yall mention to people, and they just don't do it. yall tell them to do your Research. for me I'm like in kindergarten school.. learning. ( sorry if i come off rude )
  3. Withdrawal Acknowledgement Notice was sent.
  4. @Php2404. I'm going to say something, and listen like if your life depends on it. Listen to these VJ Veterans The information you are getting from them is priceless. I'm at 435, days so relax and you have a long way to go...Ask me how do i know these about the members.. ( well I will tell you ) They told me the same thing when i started. Take heave and listen to them.
  5. It sure is. I know a couple who been waiting for a while now for K1. Then I know another couple ( Spousal ) who is waiting forever for the Embassy to give them a date for a interview. Maybe this question might pull out of this thread. But my question is in regards of K1 and Spousal. When doing a K1 visa, do the petitioner and the beneficiary choose their own date per say. an during the spousal visa, they have to wait to be called, and if that all true.. Does the Embassy chose's an different queue for each visa.. in other words different date for each visa.. or is it all just the same first come first serve. My point is that there is still a wait for just a date at the embassy @Crazy Cat.
  6. No one really knows that for sure! But what I can say is that, we all know each case is different some are easier than others.. No matter how much you crunch the numbers. The only one who would know the process is an adjudicator. I'm an Dec 2021 filer some people I know who file after me got approved. The whole thing is a waiting game. A person would have a better chance of hitting the lottery than trying to figure USCIS.
  7. if more people update their time line.. VJ Est's will coincide. thats what i become to notice over the months..
  8. That my friend is what i have learned.. be prepared.. ( yall got other people asking me question about immigration like i know it all...lol ) little do they realize.. anything that i have learned come from yall.. Thank you!
  9. Good Morning. Once again I would like to take the time this morning and thank the VJ Veterans of this platform. They been providing free information to all, and it's all for free. I remember when I first join on here. I thought this process was an walk in the park, but I come to realize this whole process is a journey. Even tho i have not been approve yet ( Dec 2021 filer ) I have learn so much from a great group of people. So I just wanted to start my day by saying Thank you and much respect to you all GR.
  10. Good Day. If your 2022 Tax Transcripts are available on the IRS website, and also if you check your IRS Transcripts and look for code 846. you will see when you can expect your return
  11. The Senior Veterans of VJ will tell you this immigration process is a long long journey.. it can make or break a relationship. listen to them.. and you will learn just as i did.
  12. Chancy, would it be advise for for them to wait until they 2022 taxes, because tax season just started, and if they wait until the new transcript it would be the 2022 version. I'm not sure if that been mention..
  13. Well i look at it differently, in what we call here in the states is an harassments problem and btw.. here in the states one can go to the police dept.. but being that it's 2 different countries.. it wont not make a difference.. but carry on ( btw one can report a relationship harassment problem here for documentation )they give it a case number
  14. The both of you beat me to it. I have a friend there in Haiti, who's uncle is sponsor them to the States.
  15. Jeanne would it also be good to be pro-active and file a police report just in case anything becomes more of a problem that's taking place ? Because i would want to have it documented of all actions that she doing ( saving all the emails she sent )
  16. You are correct about case's remaining in Aug.. I mean a person would have to really know someone who work in the office to be able to explain.. otherwise it's a guessing game
  17. From what I observe is that, I see a lot of people getting approve 2 months for the most part after their 1st year ( 365 days of waiting) that's a pattern that i see that by just watching other people getting approve (Sept, Oct, Nov ) But what i don't get is that i see some people getting approve and others are not getting approve and they are in the same range.. ( if that makes any sense..cause it don't I guess) Trying to figure the mindset of those who control things at USCIS You would have a better chance of winning the lottery. Scanning helps.. crunching numbers helps.. but the fact remain.. nobody really knows for sure.. jmo
