  1. Good Day. My understanding is that you must have the original copy of your I-797 notice. if you think that your notice has gotten lost in the mail. you can easily call USCIS for another copy Or if you have an online account with USCIS, you can requested there. But I'm sure there are others that might have more of an insight on this.

  9. Good Morning. I'm seeking a bit of advice. This weekend me and my fiancée had a talk, and she wants to leave her daughter back in her country while she arrive here in the States. Now being that i applied for both of them, what is the process in regards to the K2 ( Child ) Does the child continue with the process, and just don't fly here? or do i have to let USCIS/NVC know that the child will not be coming Thank you

  12. ( Question ) If a person is transferring their case to country to country'.. could that bring a red flag ?

  14. All you had to do is call them and ask for a an Certificate of Deposition. The county clerk would have did it for you for around $10 bucks.. ( ask me how i know.. well because it happen to me )
  15. please let them know that i waited over 485 days.. and got approve.. tell them not to give up.. they are almost there
  16. it makes me think that. I had a RFE..and I knew it from the start. They ( USCIS ) Inform me about it.. I fix it.. got approve. my point is now.. I'm just hoping my case wont be sent back (once it get there.) My reason.. is that why would you sent the case to NVC .. with another RFE attach to it.. that would not made any sense
