USCIS Has finally released its 2022 Q4 Data of all forms processed. https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/data/Quarterly_All_Forms_FY2022_Q4.pdf The unfortunate trend continues where K1 Visa's are adding 1000's to the backlog quarter after quarter ... Unfortunate for new filers Hopefully December (my month) will start processing early in 2023.

Hello Fellow Visa Journey Followers. My script shows there is still some minor activity in the July / August timeframe. My heart goes out to any of you that haven't been processed yet. May it come soon or quickly after you submit an out of normal processing time request. Has been a challenge running my scripts from Brazil but still feeling blessed to be with my Fiancée. It does seem that the majority of "new case work" has shifted towards late-sept/early-oct. Anyone with a unopened status should send an outside normal processing time as soon as it is permitted. Sorry, but I don't have that information or it built into my scripts at all. Perhaps your Aug scanner can look through the databases they use to get a sense of time (or a timeline search here on VJ)

I consider expedite (anything) as untouched as they didn't open to process the case. Similar with updated (anything) by comparison RFE means they did something

Apologies all, I had the script run Friday night (hopefully successfully) even though I left with Mom on a surprise visit to my K1-Fiancée Friday AM. Looks like my PC is locked up so don't have access to it to post the update. If it ran, AND if the neighbor can reboot the PC, OR the PC restarts itself, then I will get the update posted eventually. Again sorry all, but couldn't wait from having some time with the Fiancée in her Country (until 2023)
