Not very much going on yet for us December filers. Expect the burndown to show lots of interesting movement this week. That scan data should be ready shortly. I'd wait until it is "officially" time to inquire ... Wishing you the best of luck in getting this resolved (and sorry that you had so much of a delay with them)

Looks like it is going to be a good week for K1 Processing at USCIS Got curious how active the USCIS has been ... and from last friday to today they have opened a good number of cases including 26 in the first week of November (20 Approvals/5 RFEs/1 Other) Total (previously untouched) cases opened : 475 Official scan will be done Friday as usual This is an interim scan and I have already deleted it from records just to make sure I give clean results Friday Night (as usual) I generally try to run my official scan around 7pm PST on Friday. That said, once we start getting into processing, it may be beneficial to run more often. How does a 2 times a week (Tues & Fri) or three times a week (M-W-F) feel. Daily updates (like in other scans) are too frequent in my opinion.

No worries ... as a Dec date, I had become curious about when my month even had a chance of being started so I had built thos script to look at the progress of previously unopened cases being opened. It also uses my more detailed December database but no real activity there yet. Your month is quite active now and hopefully doesn't have too many left unprocessed as they work through it. Aug (and even July) have quite a few which have been left open for way, way too long already. Wishing all of you expedient processing.

Personally, I would take that to be a general politicking maneuver. One thing to say and entirely different to do. If anything, the processing times (nearly across the board) have gotten worse not better ... https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/historic-pt There are few categories of course which have improved but generally, nothing that was stated in that reduction targets has really happened. I suppose we can always hope.

Most scanning scripts (like my homebuilt one) do that once .... then make a database of some sort to keep track if changes. One would hope that most scripts then also only search the records of interest after that reducing the total number of requests.

We almost tried even though a December 2021 k1 ... why? if selected, then faster way to Green Card ... AOS after marriage is a pile of Shoot at this moment as well ... factoring in AOS and eventually a removal of conditions evaporates all of the "faster" processing time for citizenship anyway.

You will find regular posts by me weekly showing progress towards opening previously unopened cases ... is slow and painful (as a December 2021 filer)

You missed it this year, but next year you should try the diversity visa (green card lottery) .... might be far faster than a K1 at this point
