Hi, I am an Indian citizen and a green card holder and was planning to visit India with my family late this year. I was thinking about applying for an OCI card for my wife (as it has been more than 2 years since our marriage). Also I believe I can't apply for OCI for my stepson as GOI doesn't allow it for stepchild or adopted child, please correct me if I am wrong. So for my stepson applying for visa would be the only option, are there any options that I have missed and if not then would tourist visa would be the best one to opt for? Any guidance regarding this is highly appreciated, thanks in advance!
