  1. I think you understand our confusion. There's no additional information I can give, as everything was pretty much already said. Not being defensive. Just a frustrating and confusing situation is all. We scheduled a doctor's appointment today to get an updated medical form on US soil which is the equivalent to the overseas form.
  2. Why would I redact my post which stands completely valid? We did receive a copy of the medical exam and I copied word-for-word what the RFE stated in my original post. Is it hard to believe or something? Why would I come onto Visajourney after months of being inactive to lie? Maybe I am missing something?
  3. We already booked another doctor appointment jusssttt in case but we will do this as well! Thanks!
  4. We certainly did. If we had not, my fiance would have been denied entry!
  5. Hi everyone, we just got an RFE for i-485 (Adjustment of status through K-1 marriage visa) which states that we need to send them a medical examination report - DS-2053 (issued overseas before we entered the US). However, we were only given DS-2054. I’ve been googling it but I’m getting absolutely nothing from anyone. What are the differences between these two? Any advice? RFE says; “Submit a copy of your medical examination report, Form DS-2053, that was completed overseas. Your file lacks proof that a medical examination was completed prior to your entey into the United States.” We have medical documents via form DS-2054…. RFE says nothing about this and neither does anywhere online. Congressman couldn’t help us either and can’t reach out to USCIS about this.
