I think this maybe be it. Me and my wife so everything together. She's literally my shadow. Even said she'd help me do collision work on my cars for my business🤣🤦🏾‍♂️I think maybe you're maybe right about the officer thinking otherwise and I really hope we can rectify the issue with understanding what she meant.

Thanks for the information from you and everyone. My wife has a great memory and we've pretty much been huddled up into an hotel these past couple of days since the interview. We were embarrassed to return back home for now and needed some space to vent to each other and mostly tears from my wife and her confusion. I did take a video and ask her the questions and she repeated her whole experience in great detail. I will upload the video now and only give links to senior members on here so they can review and see what they think the problem is. Thanks everyone for your response and information and help. I'm hoping there's some light at the end of this tunnel. I missed my son's graduation to jr high to be at this interview with my wife so everything for me is really messed up in my eyes, but it's only my fault I won't blame my wife cause she only repeat my plans to invest in both countries so maybe the officer has a problem with that, but this is normal for anyone to do but I'll let senior members see the video once I get done uploading it.

No they had absolutely no problem with the marriage. My wife said the officer told her that it seems like she's not interested in staying in the USA and she was denied after that. I guess because of the traveling back and forth my wife said but she took it the wrong way

Thanks for the small bit of hope. It's just so much been going on. We going out my wife has big fibroids as well and I'm sure the officer was wondering why we didn't have children. But she didn't ask. So now even getting my wife good medical help is gone for now. I just hope I can turn this around for the good without having to reapply then that will be another the years of waiting and waiting. But I'll be here in Lagos until November

The paperwork said that she was not qualified for this visa category and that the application would be sent back to USCIS with the recommendation to revoke. This is a freaking big headache for me seriously. She really denied my wife for no reason. I mean this is an African country so I know they may have a quota for denials to make as well. It's ridiculous. The officer was a very young girl. It's not fair at all.

My wife said that it was the traveling the world part and that she said that I would be sending her to school. I don't know why the visa would be denied because of that. She was very sincere with them and in return they just deny her because they feel like it

That's not a good reason cause we've been together for a long time since 2020. What she meant is that you know traveling to see the world. I guess the hag took it the wrong way. My wife is a great person. I have to do something. I can't stand to see her cry like this. I think it's really because I'm a black American that's why they denied her. I'm here at the Lagos USA consulate with my wife and they straight up denied her visa and recommended that USCIS revoked the application. My wife says the the officer says that it seems like she's not interested in coming to the USA that's why she denied my wife. No other reason other than that. Who can I contact to get this overturned. I feel like harming myself from all the time and money I've spent. There was no reason to deny my wife her visa. We had everything and the only reason given was that because my wife says we will be coming and going together in which we will and then she denied her. Ok your first statement I'm confused about. I was looking online and was trying to see which one to put my dad under. One guy on another thread said that nvc sent him back to add his father as an household sponsor since they were all living under the same household when they come to America. They rejected him being as an joint sponsor. The guy on the other post had no income as well and was also staying in the spouse country. To clarify my situation me my spouse and my dad will be under the same household and staying together when we arrive. So do I still need to put him under joint instead of household?

So for me I need drivers license, bank account and irs non filing? That's it? For my dad his w2 that matches the transcripts I have for him, his driver's license and birth certificate? Would this be all they need?

Good morning. I'm sponsoring my wife to come to the United States but I've been in her home country the past three years. I have my dad to to the household sponsor but the question is about my own application. When I sign my own application since I didn't have any income in the United States how to a fill the application? My dad makes way over the minimum requirements so it's no problem there. I just don't want any delays on my own part. Also one more question. When I upload my dad's transcripts, is that all they need and his birth certificate? I'm in nvc and it's all they say I need but if there's anything else I can upload I would like to while I'm at this stage before I submit. Is it necessary to have his w2 since I already have three years of his transcripts? Also on my own application since I have no taxable USA income do I just put n/a on the application in certain spots?

Ok I will just go with my second friend. He's been in his job for the state since 2008 and makes more than what is required. When doing joint sponsor he would just count my wife only?

Would you think just one joint sponsor would do?

I have been staying in Nigeria with my wife since 2021 and I have become an immigrant here. I have my green card and immigration papers. Our application was finally approved at the USCIS. They are saying now I need joint sponsor. I have a friend that's proud to help me and makes over 100k yearly but the problem is that when his wife heard the word Nigeria she said she didn't want anything to do with signing anything. They also filed jointly on their taxes. Would the officer need her to sign as well? Would the officer make a big deal out of it? I could also get another friend as well to sign as another joint sponsor so that's two people so far and he's single. Thanks in advance. Just need some advice cause I want to get everything in one shot if I can with no delays cause we've been waiting forever it seems like.
