    Good morning!! Today my i-360 and i485 statuses changed to “Correspondence was received and USCIS is reviewing it”( even though i didnt send any additional correspondence besides the originally filed packages i360/i485 back in May 2022). Meanwhile i received 3 Prima Facias and recently filed for EAD renewal. i hope this updated status means that USCIS is looking into my i360 so to make a decision??!! If anyone experienced something similar, i would very appreciate your insight!!!)))

    And if they transfer the case to Nebraska, USCIS will send a notice/ case status will change online. Is that right? If neither of these happened, I assume the case is still pending in Vermont. Correct?

    And I assume that have to file the EAD renewal package to USCIS Vermont Service Center 38 River Road? The same address where all the forms where sent originally. Is my understanding correct?

    Hi Everyone! Has anyone experienced something similar: I filed the Vawa petition including my daughter (under 21 years). The 1st Prima Facie determination letter was received and my daughter was listed as the derivative child. However, when the renewal letter for the Prima Facie arrived, it didn't have my daughter being listed on the renewal. Just wondering if this is considered a normal procedure? Or should I try to address the question so to add my daughter in the Prima Facie renewal letter?

    The "undelivered notice" that was provided by uscis to the congressman was absolutely identical PF that I originally received

    I believe i already referenced my experience on the similar issue earlier.. but briefly: when I gor the same case status (... wasn't delivered...) I reached out to my congressman and asked to to help me identify what was that undelivered notice. And the congressman made a fequest to USCIS on my behalf, later in a few weeks received a response from USCIS and provided to me. Congressman - is a very helpful source to reach out to

    That's so very true!!! I have received the same status once and only the congressman's request to USCIS resulted in the USCI's responese!

    so the response from Congressman was the attachment of the copy of undelivered notice (which appeared to be prima facia notice). And this prima facia notice was also mailed to me couple weeks after the congressman's response. So USCIS reacted faster to the congressman's request rather than to my e-request))

    Just a quick update on the issue with undelivered notice from USCIS... the congresswoman was able to get a response from USCIS on what was the undelivered notice. And also a few weeks later I received a mail with a copy of that undelivered notice based on my e-request. So thank you everyone for the valuable advices (especially the one about reaching out to the congressman - it really works!!!)
