  1. We got our verbal approval after her embassy interview today. Happy to finally cross the finish line for this part of the process. UK embassy NOA1 12/21/21 NOA2 03/08/23 (Approx 14.5 months) NVC case number 05/23/23 (77 days) In transit 05/23/23 Medical 06/05/23 Ready 06/05/23 (13 days) Interview 06/14/23 (7 working days after medical) Approval at interview Flights booked for 07/06/23
  2. I saw another similar situation recently in a different group. Incredibly frustrating. Hope you're able to get some resolution. For what it's worth I contacted both of my senators and both of my reps for assistance, and while I can't actually prove that their assistance helped, I believe it did.
  3. London Embassy doesn't usually have terrible backlogs, so there were actually interviews available later this week, but that would be too soon after her medical. Case was in transit 5/23, ready 6/5
  4. Woke up this morning to amazing news. Case ready at the London embassy! She was able to book her interview for the 14th, she's actually in London today for her medical.
  5. My status on the USCIS page never changed after it was approved, it's been through the NVC now and in transit to the embassy and still just showing "case was approved" as last action.
  6. There is hope. 75 days after NOA2 (March 8 ) and several inquiries, we got an email response from NVC inquiry with our case number and that it was in transit to the London embassy. She's got her medical booked for June 5th, but we have to wait for Ready status to book the interview.
  7. We received our NOA2 today. NOA1 12/20/21 NOA2 03/08/23
  8. Yes, there are 2 types of requests for evidence. One is the RFE, for "additional" information, the other as you noticed is the RFIE, which pertains to the initial packet of information you sent. Possibly a missed question, document or signature, usually nothing substantial.
  9. I saw that as well. Pretty disappointing if you ask me. I'm an analytics guy, so I follow your data pretty closely, we're actually the same NOA1 date too. I was excited to see you posting the same data in that group that you do here, as my fiance can follow it that way as well. Facebook groups, even support groups, all find their way to being toxic eventually, and are only a means to an end for me, but apart from real data from guys like you, it's a lot of whining (no offense meant to anyone) about the processing times and emotional "support" if you can call it that. We're all in this boat together, for better or worse (no pun intended, lol) and REAL processing data is the only way to actually feel slightly better about the shituation we've found ourselves in. From 7 to 15.5 months processing times is an absolute joke, but we suffer the same, unfortunately. I guess everyone just does what they need to to bide their time and gather as much support, emotional or otherwise, as they can. Thank you for everything you've done to help me bide my time in my own way.
