Thanks for a quick answer. So if a person is divorced and cannot go home because their home is close to the front line. Plus the person carries the citizenship only of one country- Ukraine. They do have a permission to work in Czech republic ... just cannot go home. What criteria do they meet? If i remember correctly the USCIS site said that it does not matter where the people are at the moment. Am I wrong?

One more... Hi guys. In October i took in to my house two refugees from Ukraine,.. and they are doing fine. I would like to sponsor two more people in the short future as my income situation is allowing me to do that. The story of those two people is . They live in Czech republic. The mother has a Ukrainian passport but the 10 year old child from a previous marriage has a Bulgarian passport. I wonder how would that impact the procedure? Or if it would effect it at all? I would appreciate any thoughts from all of you. Thanks
