Definitely a lot of contradiction going on at NVC.
May 3rd - K1 Approved
June 5th - ASKNVC Inquiry sent through site.
June 9th - ASKNVC inquiry responded that they hadn't received case and to wait 60 days
June 15th - USCIS statedpetitionn has already left USCIS and should be with NVC.
June 27th - ASKNVC Inquiry sent through NVC site and Email sent to NVC Research email address.
June 28th - NVC research stated that they received the case and just waiting for entry into system.
July 3rd - NVC Inquiry responded to June 27th request and stated that they have not received our case yet.
Not sure what's real anymore.
NVC is stating that it's taking longer than the usual 30 days for USCIS to transfer the case over to them before they send it to your fiance embassy. My case was approved on 5/3 and as of 6/8, NVC is stating they haven't received anything regarding my case yet. The validity period is 4 months but if you do not get an interview before that 4 months then the embassy will extend the validity period.
I reached out to NVC regarding case creation for approved file. They stated that they still had not received my file and also added this to the email.
"Although the Form I-797 approval notice mentions a delay of up to 30 days for cases to be delivered to NVC from USCIS, current shipping times may be longer. If you have not received a communication from NVC about this case within 60 days from the I-797 approval notice, please contact us again.

Nope. Just have to wait for NVC to create your case and forward to the embassy. You can start putting the package for your fiance together. It took us 2 days to get out NOA2.
