  1. Thank you! This has really sucked but I can't imagine breaking both sides! I'm so sorry you experienced that. I at least have one arm left!
  2. Can I apply for the I-130 online? Or should we do both the 130 and 485 via paper? Thank you!
  3. You guys are amazing and I appreciate you so much! And thats not just the painkillers talking! 🤣 We're looking into how to get a marriage license in CT now.
  4. I'm worried it would be denied/thought to be fraud because of the situation. Our premise for marrying and doing AOS from here is the accident and the fact that I need help at home. What if the immigration officer handling AOS thinks that my accident wasn't serious enough to need help? Or what if they ask why someone else couldn't help me, why did he have to stay and do it? I think I'm overthinking this but I'm just so worried something will go wrong. I hope I don't sound argumentative, its not that at all. I'm just afraid haha. Thank you so much for all this help!
  5. I am so scared. 🤣 Isn't the penalty like a 10 year ban from the US? If his 485/AOS is denied? We will think about it today and tomorrow! Thank you all again so much!
  6. I'll have to think about this and talk about it with him. Thank you so, so much.
  7. Thank you for telling me this! I think I'll just have him cancel the B2. Maybe I can pack up and move there for a few months after surgery. I'm out of work anyway and its not like our toddler goes to school. Huge thank you to everyone!! I really, really appreciate the help! We would have made some awful decisions without you!
  8. I appreciate the help! It just makes me really nervous haha. We have a pending K1 that is so close to a decision. I'm worried that they'll see the canceled K1 and think visa fraud while we file the 485. I'll have to look into it more! Thanks!
  9. Yeah we figured the B chance was pretty low. This trip is about 61 days I think. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years. Terrible timing with everything, I know! If he hadn't been here so long I wouldn't be worrying about re-entering on an ESTA again so much. If he just can't come back it is what it is. I'm hoping that after surgery I can manage better and I'll try to get some friends to help. Thank you for the insight!
  10. Hi everyone! I have a bit of a long winded question, my apologies in advance. My name is Anna, I am a US citizen. I applied for a K1 visa in December of 2021 and my partner and I are excited about getting close to NOA2! My partner is Belgian/Dutch and has an ESTA. He is currently here in the US on his ESTA and leaves in just a few days. I had a stupid, stupid, stupid accident a few days ago. I had a nasty fall on concrete and broke my wrist, arm and elbow in more than five places. I have several surgeries ahead of me and will be out of work for many months. I need a lot of help! I can barely care for myself, much less our toddler. His flight is in a few days and I'd love for him to come right back. But, leaving on an ESTA and trying to re-enter within a week is a major no-no and we know it. My partner has a B2 interview a few days after he returns to Brussels. I've given him all my medical paperwork, my short term disability insurance info and a ton of other supporting documents to prove what happened and why I need help. Am I totally wrong in thinking that if the B2 gets approved it'll be easier to re-enter rather than using the ESTA again so quickly? I don't want to do anything wrong but this really sucks and I'm desperate for something. Thank you so much!
  11. When USCIS makes a decision on the I-129F, the petitioner will get an email. So you'll know when you get NOA2 and yes, it is separate from NVC. Yes, it takes around 15 months now. NVC is a whole different beast. People have been emailing NVC to find their status there. Length there varies wildly. It takes USCIS 4-12 weeks to send the case to NVC. Then it takes NVC 2-8 weeks to assign a case number. At least thats how its going these days. Who knows what it will be in a few months. Hopefully it'll go back to normal!
  12. Thank you! It seems like the 14 month mark is when USCIS starts SLOWLY working on the next month. So I think December filers will start seeing a slow trickle in February. Maybe 5-10 a week to start. Then the good stuff will happen in March. My partner and I just booked a two week trip to Portugal, Spain and the Canary Islands for the last two weeks of February. Hoping it'll help the time pass to have something to look forward to! Then when we get back December filers will be in the "any day now!" category finally! Thanks for the updates!
  13. Hi all! Does anyone have data for last Thursday and Friday? The 22nd and 23rd? Thanks so much!
  14. Thank you for sharing this. But a big middle finger to USCIS. This is their year end report - a major report! - and not one single mention of the I-129F or the fact that the wait time for it has literally tripled and is getting worse. Not mad at you! Just grumbling!
  15. Hi! Is there data for Tuesday the 6th? Thank you for everything!
  16. No, the country does not impact the I-129F. The I-129F is for the US sponsor, not the foreign beneficiary. Yes, Ukraine filers have been expedited. That is why those are getting done faster. The I-129F ensures that the US sponsor is actually eligible to file a K1, it doesn't really have anything to do with the beneficiary at this step.
  17. Thats a big group! I have 194 total and 122 pending for that one.
  18. I have 53 untouched for 132000 and 71 untouched for 132500. Overall September has about 63% of its cases untouched. I don't run it every day like Elson does so there might have been a couple of changes since mine was run on the 27th. USCIS just updated the timeline to 15.5 months. So I'm thinking mid to end of December for most of the untouched September cases. But, you never know! There was that one good week a little while ago that I think everyone (including me) is clinging onto hope over!
  19. You can run a programming script like Elson George and I do. Or you can run the numbers by hand. Is there a certain range you were wondering about? I can pull it from my spreadsheet for now.
