  1. Heres what I've got for November for the week of the 16th. Closed Monday, MLK Day.
  2. Hello! Is there data for Tuesday the 17th by chance? Or Friday the 20th? Sorry if I'm just blind and missed it. Thanks!
  3. I ran numbers by hand for July-November and got around 840. Approved, denied and RFE. Trying to post it here but the image is getting messed up. One sec!
  4. Typically cases are transferred to Vermont when they need extra processing and background checks. They probably finally finished doing that!
  5. I checked your timeline. Is the information correct? 2020 filer that was transferred to Vermont?
  6. Hi! I hope this doesn't come across the wrong way, but I just wanted to share that the spousal visa is faster and cheaper at every step. In 90% of cases, the petition is approved sooner. And there is no need for AOS, the CR1 visa is a green card. The spousal service center is random, unlike the K1 that automatically goes to California. All the spousal service centers are averaging 10-12 months right now, with one exception. (The Vermont center is currently at 16 months.) The CR1 visa is better in every way, there are zero benefits to the K1 visa now. And with the AOS price hikes coming up, the spousal will be nearly $2,000 cheaper. You're all so early in this process. If you can withdraw and file a spousal I would recommend it. Just a strangers two cents. Best of luck!
  7. Hello! Is there October data for Tuesday the 10th? Thank you so much!
  8. Hi everyone! I have one more (maybe stupid) question. Paperwork was sent off and we have all the NOA1s. My husband obviously has nothing to do besides be in the house with our toddler since he can't work. We enrolled him in two classes at the local community college for some intellectual stimulation and adult conversation. Was this a bad idea? My lawyer friends are saying that now it really looks like we misrepresented the ESTA if he's "settling in" so quickly. BS or genuine concern? Drop out of school? Thank you!
  9. Oh! Theres a November wedding date in there somehow! Sorry 😅 Rooting for you! I hope it comes soon. Can you submit an inquiry?
  10. And you should! Enjoy your weekends! Thanks for everything here. I checked your timeline - did you get married?! Aww congrats!
  11. If it gives you some peace, those denials are only for people who "misrepresent themselves." AKA lying. Its typically when someone didn't actually meet within the last two years and either passed it off like they did or tried to get a waiver. It can also occur when both parties are not legally free and able to marry. Either they are still married to an ex without an official divorce (religious divorces and annulments don't count in the eyes of the U.S.) or they are not able to marry yet due to the wait times post-divorce in their state. If you didn't miss any steps, you'll be okay!
  12. In progress means there was a decision made previously. You see with it RFE received. The previous decision was RFE sent. An approval with no RFE will show as new.
  13. Just commenting to share a giggle and agree. I just filed my 130 and 485 (paper) and dropped it in the mail today. I over thought it so much I forgot how to spell "n/a" after the 200th one. Glad its over! Best of luck to you!
  14. We are getting the mountains of paperwork done now. Should I add a letter explaining why we are adjusting status from the US? And give all my medical records? Or save that for the interview?
  15. Well, we got married this morning! At 9am in town hall, wearing my sweatpants and my cast. 🤣 We didn’t take photos and I already regret it. It would have been a great story for the kids. Got the certified copy right away, so now it’s time for all this paperwork. Thank you all again!
  16. Yeah don't have kids! Or get parents who are willing to take on childcare duty!
  17. We aren’t too worried about the EAD. We knew when we applied for the K1 that it would be a while anyway. The original plan (with the K1) was for my partner to be a stay at home dad anyway. We pay just over $2,000 a month for daycare where we live. Saving that is just as good! His take home pay after taxes would barely be better than that anyway!
  18. Oh! Thank you! I have plenty of tax transcripts, no worries there! I just obviously won’t have 2022. You guys are so amazing, I appreciate you so much. Thank you for making something positive out of this nightmare for us.
  19. We’re headed to town hall tomorrow to get the marriage license. We can get married same day, no problem. But the justice of the peace we found to marry us tomorrow is saying it can take several weeks to get the actual marriage certificate in the mail. This is obviously a problem right? I need to file everything before the 90 days are up? We’re going to ask the JotP to physically drop off our paperwork instead of mailing it to save time. And we’re going to try to go to vital records a few days later to request a copy instead of waiting for the certificate in the mail. thanks again!
  20. Yes, Aflac is my disability insurance company that is covering my salary during this issue. I’m a salaried employee so I get paid once a month. The accident happened just a little while ago so I got a December paycheck pretty close to normal.
  21. No, through insurance. Does it matter where the money comes from? No clue on the return date just yet, depends on how surgery goes. My ortho team says maybe as soon as 12 weeks if I heal well. The income will matter at the interview stage right? So I’ve got time to figure this out? I’m assuming it’ll be 6-12 months for the AOS interview with the way things have been going. Thanks again!
  22. Yes, and still earning 60% of my salary through short term disability insurance. Good ol’ Aflac!
  23. Do I? I still have my job, I’m just temporarily out due to the injury. Thank you!
